VILLAGGIO SMEDILE
Ubicazione: A ridosso dei bianchi arenili selvaggi del Capo, circondata dalle fertili e ondeggianti colline limitrofe pregne di alberi da frutto, campi di cipolle, fichi d'india, bouganvillèe, ginestre, gelsomini ed altre piante mediterranee, si adagia sul mare la baia di S. Maria, sede di un antico borgo di pescatori.
Qui sorge sulle terrazze digradanti verso il mare il residence.
"Villaggio Smedile": Costituito da villette a schiera di architettura mediterranea, dotate di un tipico patio coperto, immerse nel verde, tutte a piano terra e con vista sul mare dal quale distano da 200 a 400 metri.
Villette: Le villette sono disponibili in quattro tipologie differenti: bilocale - trilocale - quadrilocale - pentalocale.

Location: Close to the wild white sandy shores of the Cape, surrounded by the neighbouring fertile rolling hills, full of fruit trees, onion fields, prickly pears, bougainvillèe, broom, jasmine and other Mediterranean plants, lies the bay of Santa Maria, an old fishing village which reclines gently on to the sea.
Here you can find the holiday residence.
"Villaggio Smedile": Built on terraces which slope down toward the sea. The residence is made up of small villas designed in Mediterranean style, next to each other, and with a typical roofed patio. All the villas are on the ground floor, immersed in greenery, and with a sea view.
The Villas: They are situated 200 to 400 metres from the sea, and are available in four different kinds:
- Kind A (bilocale): 1 bedroom, 1 living room / kitchen, 1 bathroom
- Kind B (Trilocale): 2 bedroom, 1 living room / kitchen, 1 bathroom
- Kind C (Quadrilocale): 3 bedroom, 1 living room / kitchen, 1 bathroom
- Kind D (Pentalocale): 4 bedroom, 1 living room / kitchen, 1 bathroom
