Le camere sono affrescate in colori tenui ed arredate in modo raffinato ed elegante con ricercati mobili in stile, esse offrono agli ospiti l'atmosfera del passato unita a tutti i più moderni comforts.
Alcune camere sono arredate con mobili eleganti in stile del XVII secolo, letti a baldacchino, tende in seta e damaschi.

Le due suites particolar-mente confortevoli per la ricca atmosfera creata dagli stucchi e dai damaschi, hanno ospitato in più di un'occasione la celebre coppia di artisti Federico Fellini e Giulietta Masina ai quali devono i loro nomi.

Altre camere hanno soffitti con travi a vista e pavimenti di cotto, esse sono arredate con mobili della tradizione contadina toscana, apprezzate da coloro che amano l'atmosfera della campagna del passato.


Il Ristorante: Il Ristorante "I Salotti" è la perla della casa. E' seguito personalmente dal proprietario, sig. Loris Mozzini, che ha ricevuto premi internazionali per la sua maestria culinaria e per l'abilità nella presentazione dei piatti.

Il ristorante offre un'ampia gamma di piatti dalla cucina estremamente creativa pur nel rispetto della tradizione che si accompagnano ad una vasta scelta di vini (con più di 500 etichette sia locali quali Vino Nobile e Brunello oltre a vini del nord d'Italia e della Francia).

L'arredamento del ristorante è particolarmente curato; i preziosi tessuti delle tende e delle tovaglie, la fine apparecchiatura con posateria d'argento e piatti in delicata porcellana denotano oltre al raffinato gusto dei loro proprietari, anche la loro ricerca di un ambiente elegante ed affascinante che sia la giusta cornice per gustare gli stupendi piatti offerti.


La Sala per Banchetti e Ricevimenti: L'hotel è provvisto di un'ampia ed elegante sala banchetti che può ospitare fino a 350 persone e che è particolarmente adatta a cerimonie, matrimoni e riunioni.

I tavoli possono essere disposti in tre diversi modi: un grande tavolo ovale, tre ampi tavoli rettangolari o vari tavoli rotondi con un tavolo per buffet.

Restaurant: Restaurant "I Salotti" is the jewel of the estate.
It is personally run by the owner, Mr Loris Mozzini who has been internationally awarded for his cooking skills and his ability in displaying dishes.

The restaurant offers a very creative cuisine in which traditional dishes are reinter-preted in original style and matched with a very wide selection of wines ( more than 500 labels both local: Vino Nobile and Brunello and wines from the North of Italy and France).
Service is excellent.

The interior decoration of the restaurant is particularly refined, the silk curtains and the elegant silver cutlery and plates together with the accurate laying of the tables show the exquisite taste of the owners and their desire to give their guests a charming and soft atmosphere which makes the restaurant the ideal place to enjoy the gourmet dishes created.


Banqueting hall: The hotel is provided with a large and elegant banqueting hall which can host up to 350 people for ceremonies, wedding parties or meetings.

The trables can be differently arranged: a very large oval table, three large tables or many round tables plus a buffet table.


The Park: The hotel is surrounded by a large park with ancient cypresses and pine trees which offers the opportunity of long and healthy walks along its shadowed paths or to enjoy a rest sitting on a bench.
