B&B IN PIAZZA DELLA SIGNORIA

Alessandro e Sonia hanno fatto della propria casa un luogo raffinato per chi ama l'arte e l'eleganza fiorentina. Calda ed accogliente è aperta a tutti gli amici del mondo.

Dove Siamo: Nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze, tra palazzi medievali e magnifici monumenti, costituisce la base ideale per scoprire la città e per assaporarne la magica atmosfera. A pochi passi si trovano Piazza della Signoria con Palazzo Vecchio, le chiese di S.Croce, Orsanmichele, la cattedrale Santa Maria del Fiore. Siamo inoltre al centro delle lussuose zone dello shopping, con i negozi degli stilisti fiorentini, Gucci, Prada, Roberto Cavalli, Ferragamo e tutti i migliori stilisti italiani e stranieri.Non mancano le botteghe di artigiani, orafi (famose quelle del Ponte Vecchio), decoratori, antiquari, bronzisti; esempi del buon gusto fiorentino. Nei dintorni si può gustare la tipica cucina toscana, fatta di ingredienti semplici e genuini che si trasformano in piatti di grande effetto e tradizione come la celebre ribollita, la bistecca "alla Fiorentina", la fettunta e la pappa col pomodoro. Per non parlare dei famosi vini toscani come il Chianti, il Brunello di Montalcino e tutti gli altri.....

Camere: La Nostra Casa dispone di otto camere, una diversa dall'altra, arredate con mobili di antiquariato, ampie e luminose, di cui alcune con vista sulla splendida PIAZZA DELLA SIGNORIA.
Le camere portano il nome di illustri personaggi fiorentini e di essi recano le tracce.

Leonardo: Camera elegante con antichi mobili e antichi soffitti in legno. Il bagno è in marmo rosa con doccia. La camera offre una vista sulla Piazza e la caratteristica Via dei Magazzini con la cupola del duomo in fondo.

Galileo: Camera doppia con antichi soffitti in legno. Vista su Via dei Magazzini con scorcio su Piazza della Signoria e la cupola del Duomo. Il bagno è in marmo e profonda doccia a due posti.

Brunelleschi: Camera doppia con possibilità di terzo letto sul divano, molto raffinata, arredata anch'essa con mobili antichi in stile. Il bagno è in travertino con vasca ad angolo. La camera offre una vista su Via dei Magazzini, con scorcio su Palazzo Vecchio e sulla cupola del Duomo.

Michelangelo: Camera doppia con affreschi del 700, mobili antichi e letto a baldacchino. Splendida vista su Piazza della Signoria Il bagno è in marmo verde.

Giotto: Camera doppia con affreschi originali del 700. Dal letto si vede il palazzo vecchio e dalla finestra la cupola del duomo. Il bagno è con doccia in marmo rosso di Verona.

Botticelli: Camera doppia con vista su via dei Magazzini e scorcio sulla cupola del duomo. C'è la possibilità di un terzo posto letto sul divano. Bagno in marmo verde con vasca ad angolo.

Suite: Composta da due camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni, uno con doccia e l'altro completamente affrescato con vasca idromassaggio. Le due stanza possono essere vendute anche separatamente.

Appartamenti: All'ultimo piano del B&B In Piazza della Signoria si trovano tre appartamenti che offrono una splendida vista su Piazza della Signoria e sulla Cupola del Duomo. Tutti gli appartamenti dispongono di una piccola cucina, aria condizionata, tv satellitare, radio e CD, telefono e cassaforte. Gli appartamenti portano il nome dei Nostri tre figli.

Appartamento Giulio: E' composto da: Soggiorno con divano letto, piccola cucina e tavolo, Bagno con doccia Camera matrimoniale.

Appartamento Umberto: E' composto da: Soggiorno con divano letto, piccola cucina e tavolo, Bagno con doccia, Camera matrimoniale, Soppalco con 1 letto.

Appartamento Matteo: E' composto da: Soggiorno con piccola cucina, Una camera matrimoniale con bagno con doccia, Soppalco con letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia.

B&B IN PIAZZA DELLA SIGNORIA

Alessandro and Sonia have turned their house into a refined place suitable for the people who love Florentine art and elegance; a warm, pretty house open to all the friends in the world.

Location: It's just a few steps away from Piazza della Signoria (where there is Palazzo Vecchio), the churches of S. Croce and Orsanmichele, and the cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. It's also in the middle of the most luxurious areas for shopping, where you can find the ateliers of Prada, Gucci, Roberto Cavalli, Ferragamo and of the best known Italian and foreign stylists.You can also easily find several shops of handicraftsmen, goldsmiths (very famous are the ones on Ponte Vecchio), decorators, antique dealers and specialists in bronze chasing and casting, all examples of the Florentine good taste. In Florence and its surroundings you can taste the typical Tuscan cooking made of simple and genuine ingredients which are turned into characteristic and traditional dishes such as the famous ribollita, bistecca alla fiorentina, fettunta and pappa al pomodoro. Not to mention the famous Tuscan wines such as Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino and many others…

Rooms: Our house is placed in the heart of Florence town center, among medieval mansions and magnificent monuments, and it is the ideal base to tour the city and to enjoy its special atmosphere.
Every room has the name of a renowned Florentine artist, whose style contribute to distinguish one room from the other.

Leonardo: Elegant, with antique furniture and a luxurious bathroom in rose marble. The room offers a marvellous view over the Piazza on the one hand, whereas on the other hand one can see the characteristic Via dei Magazzini.

Galileo: Elegant double room with antique furniture and bathroom. From the room one has an enchanting view over the Piazza and on the othere side one can view the cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore.

Brunelleschi: The refined double room is equipped with antique furniture; From the room one can view a part of the piazza, the antique alley Via dei Magazzini and the cathedral's dome. The bathroom is in travertine stone and bath-tub. There is the possibility to use the sofa also as a third bed.

Michelangelo: Double room also with original 18th century wall frescoes and furniture. Luxurous bathroom with shower. View on Piazza della Signoria.

Giotto: Room with 18th century frescoes on the wall, equipped with antique furniture. From the bed it is possible to see the Palazzo Vecchio and the cathedral's dome. The bathroom is in red marble (rosso di Verona).

Botticelli: Double room with view over the Piazza on the one side and the cathedral's dome on the other. The sofa can be used as a bed for a third person. Beautiful bathroom in white and green marble.

Suite: The suite consists of the double room and another room ensuite with two sofas that can be used also as a twin-bedroom or double bed room. The bathroom is made of rose marble.

Flats: On the last floor of the B&B In Piazza della Signoria there are 2 two-room apartments, from where the guests can enjoy a marvellous view over the Piazza della Signoria and the cathedral's dome. Both apartments are furnished with good taste and all amenities. Every apartment has a small kitchen, air condition, satellite TV, CD-player and radio and telephone.
