Quella sensazione di preziosa serenità ci accompagna attraverso il giardino, sostando alla Reception e proseguendo fino alla camera, dove si trasformerà in estatica contemplazione di un panorama davvero splendido: il mare di colore smeraldo a perdita d'occhio o le rocce dolomitiche di San Pantaleo, profumate di ginepro e lentischio.


La Piscina: La piscina sospesa su quelle rocce addolcite dai secoli è complice discreta di relax pomeridiani e animazioni notturne, estive frescure e pensieri romantici.

Con l'intento di ritemprare il corpo oltre che lo spirito, sono diponibili gratuitamente delle mountain-bikes, campi da tennis.

La Cucina: Il filo conduttore del Rocce Sarde "nuova generazione" è stata ed è la passione per la cucina, dove il piatto non può essere soltanto ottimo, ma deve essere anche bello con sapori onesti.

La predisposizione alla cena è incoraggiata da un aperitivo in giardino e dalla incantevole posizione del ristorante proteso su un mare ancora acceso dai tenui colori del tramonto.


Tempo Libero: L'impiego del tempo libero al Rocce Sarde è tanto discreto quanto puntuale e creativo.

Vengono utilizzati gli spazi all'aperto per serate sempre diverse e un angolo del bosco, un tempo riparo notturno delle pecore, per autentiche cene sarde.


Il Mare: Al mattino si può abbandonare questo "piccolo paradiso" per spingersi, in pochi minuti con la navetta dell'Albergo, fino alle sabbie calde e sottili della Costa Smeralda.

Quando il mare non è solo bello, ma anche gentile, la nostra barca di 15 metri salpa da Portisco per le isole di Cugnana, naturalmente con Voi a bordo!

The peacefulness of the place accompanies us on our short journey across the hotel garden, past reception and up to the room, where we are met by a truly superb sight: the splendid view over the emerald-coloured sea and the dolomite rocks of San Pantaleo, scented with the fragrance of juniper lentisk.


The Swimming-Pool: The pool suspended up on those rocks, gradually worn smooth over the centuries, is now an excellent natural venue for relaxing afternoons and after-dinner entertainment, the cool of summer evenings combining perfectly with romantic thoughts.

The Cuisine: The main theme at the "new-look" Rocce Sarde is a clear passion for excellent cuisine, where dishes are not only delicious but are made from genuine ingredients and also presented in a certain manner.

Guests appetites are wetted by an aperitif in the garden, and by the delightful position of the restaurant overlooking a sea still illuminated by the pale light of the sun as it goes down over the distant horizon.


Leisure-time activities: Leisure-time activities at Rocce Sarde are both discrete yet well organised and of a creative nature. Open spaces are utilised for a variety of different forms of evening entertainment, and one corner of the wood, once the night-time abode of the local sheep, is used for genuine Sardinian dinner-parties.


The sea: In the morning guests may temporarily abandon this "little paradise", and take the Hotel's boat to the warm, fine sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast.

When the sea is not only beautiful but also calm, our 15- metre boat leaves Portisco for the Cugnana Islands, with you on board of course!
