Ubicazione: Il Residence Hotel Riva Azzurra è situato nel piccolo centro costiero di Cannigione, in un'oasi di bellezze naturali, e si affaccia sullo splendido mare del Golfo di Arzachena.

Il Residence, finito di costruire nella primavera del 1998, dispone di 21 suites per un totale di 93 posti letto.

Gli Appartamenti: Ogni particolare è curato nei minimi particolari, come le testiere dei letti in ferro battuto decorate a mano, e le lampade di realizzazione artigianale.
Il soggiorno dispone di divano-letto a due posti, anch'esso con reti a doghe in legno, ed armadio per gli abiti, cosi chè anche questa zona sia utilizzabile come una vera e propria camera da letto.
L'angolo cottura è realizzato con la stessa cura dei particolari utilizzata per le altre camere, dai materiali usati alle stoviglie con il decoro che richiama lo stile del residence. Il bagno è anch'esso curato nei particolari, come il box doccia o gli accessori dal design esclusivo.
Ogni appartamento è arredato secondo un tipico stile mediterraneo, con riposanti colori pastello e tessuti ricamati con motivi sardi.
Le camere da letto dispongono di letti doppi o matrimoniali con reti a doghe in legno e materassi ortopedici per assicurare un confortevole riposo.

Spiaggia: Il nostro Residence è ubicato dietro alla spiaggia della banchina a soli 50 metri; non dovete fare altro che uscire dall'appartamento con il costume e gli asciugamani e dopo due passi potrete godervi il mare della Sardegna!

Piscina e Snack-Bar: Se invece siete proprio pigri o volete esclusivamente fare un bagno di sole il Residence dispone di una piscina incastonata in una grande terrazza-solarium arredata con lettini ed ombrelloni per godere il sole in santa pace!
Se vi dovesse venire sete od un pò di appetito, non correte in appartamento; è fatica sprecata... Di fianco alla piscina abbiamo realizzato uno splendido bar; saremo ben lieti di servirvi dissetanti coktails, deliziosi snack o gustosi gelati; e non vi preoccupate, i prezzi saranno una gradita sorpresa.

Apartments: Every appartement is furnished in mediterraneon style, with relaxing pastel colors and material brodès with Sardinian designs. The bedrooms offer double bed with nets at wooden bars and orthopaedic mattres to assure a confortable rest.
Every detail is cared in every detail, like the beds heads in wrought iron hand decorated and the lamps hand crafted also. The leaving room has a sofa-bed for two people, it also has bed with nets at wooden bars and closet for clothes, so that even this area is useful just like a real bedroom.
The kitchen corner is made with same care of the details that is remarcable in the other rooms, from the materials used to the houseware with the same design of the residence style.

The Beach: Our residence is located behind the beach of the dock at only 50 metres; you don't have to do nothing also than to come out in bathing suite and the towel from the appartement and after two steps to enjoy the Sardinian sea!

The Swimming-pool and the snack- bar: If you are lazy or you only want a sum bath, the Residence offer a swimming pool settled in a big terrace-solarium fournished with deckchair and umbrellas to enjoy the sun in a perfect peace! SeIf you feel hungry or thursty, you don't have to run inside of the appartement; it is wasted energie. At the swimming pool side we have a wonderful bar; we will be very happy to serve you refreshing cocktails,delicious snack or tasty ice-creams; don't worry! the prices will be a nice surprise.
