The complex is designed in a single block, at the centre
of which is the "Rosa dei Venti" piazzetta.

kitchenette.
The building is set in the
beautiful "Golfo di Cugnana" bay, in ancient times known as
the "Ancient Roman Harbour".

Smeralda" are within easy reach.
The nearest are just over 1 kilometre away.
Olbia is only 8 kilometres away, while Porto Cervo Centro
and the Cala di Volpe Gulf can be reached in about 10/15
minutes by car; numerous excursions are available together
with car and boat rental and entertainment is not
lacking.
