Il Baglio della Luna nasce dall'amoroso restauro di una antichissima struttura nella Valle de' Templi ad Agrigento.


La Struttura: La struttura è composta dalla Torre della fine del XIII° sec., che fu, nel 1555, ampliata ed inserita nel sistema difensivo e d'avvistamento contro i Saraceni voluto dall'Imperatore Carlo V°; da un cortile cinto da alte mura (il baglio) e da un corpo, la foresteria, ove trovano felice sistemazione 24 camere.

La Torre: Nella Torre, oltre al salotto ove campeggia uno splendido arazzo gobelin con attorno una quadreria di notevole pregio ed al bar, al primo piano, si trovano le tre Suites della Casa arredate con mobili antichi e con, nei bagni, le vasche idromassaggio, vero piacere arabo dopo una giornata di assolate escursioni archeologiche.
Alcune di esse, le Superior, hanno la vista sulla Valle dei Templi e danno agli Ospiti la gradevole sorpresa di essere arredate con alcuni pezzi di antiquariato.

Il Ristorante: Il Ristorante ILDÈHOR, vera e propria terrazza veranda con vista sulla Valle de' Templi fino al mare Africano, coniuga un'attenta carta dei vini con alcune rivisitazioni della più pura tradizione culinaria dell'Isola, traendo spunto dagli antichi ricettari dei monsù.

Le Camere: 24 camere di cui 1 singola , 9 Doppie Standard, 11 Doppie Superior De Luxe vista Templi o Mare, 2 Jr Suite e 1 Suite nella Torre del XIII° sec.
Tutte le camere Standard e Superior sono con bagno con doccia.

The Structure: The main body of the structure, the Tower, originating from the XIII century, was restructured in 1555 by Emperor Charles V and was transformed in the XVIII century into a countryside residence.
The "Foresteria Baglio della Luna" has been restored respecting its traditional Sicilian architecture with its high walls accessing into the garden.

The Tower: In the Tower, besides a sitting-room with a piece of tapestry and refined pictures, on the first floor, there are three Suite della Casa furnished with antique furniture and restful Jacuzzi.
The Superior rooms, with Valle dei Templi or sea view, keep the taste of the old times.

The Restaurant: The panoramic restaurant, with archeological area view, combines various menus of the most traditional Sicilian cuisine with a refined wine-card.

Guestrooms: 24 rooms of which 1 single, 9 Standard twin, 11 Superior De Luxe twin, with Valle dei Templi or sea view, 2 junior Suite and 1 Suite in the 13rd century Tower.
All twin rooms and suites have bathrooms with showers or tubs.
