Ubicazione: Il nostro albergo si trova nel cuore del Chianti Classico.

Dal restauro di un edificio rustico, in parte del trecento, è sorto un ambiente piacevole di 14 camere, poco distante da centri culturali come Siena, Firenze ed Arezzo.

Le "Strade dei Castelli del Chianti" invitano alla scoperta delle bellezze storiche e naturali delle campagne circostanti ricche di vigneti, uliveti e boschi.

Una abbondante colazione al mattino ed un tipico piatto toscano la sera, renderanno la Vostra permanenza a San Sano ancora più piacevole.


Relax: Nella nostra piscina (14x7m) e nella zona verde circostante potete passare delle giornate in tranquillitá godendovi lo splendido panorama che solo le colline del chianti Vi possono offrire.

Oltre alla visita dei maggiori centri storici e culturali della zona (Siena, Firenze, Arezzo etc.) potete fare delle splendide passeggiate nel territorio circostante che Vi porterá a scoprire piccoli villagi e case nascosti in mezzo al verde.


Le Camere: Salendo per la scala sotto gli archi si accede alle camere nella parte piú storica dell´albergo, mentre altre 4 si trovano al piano terra ed hanno una propria terrazza.

Ognuna delle 14 camere si distingue dall´altra per caratteristiche proprie della struttura che le ospita e dalla quale prendono il nome.

Tutte le camere sono con bagno.

In rispetto all'antica struttura dell'albergo non vi è ascensore ai piani, Vi preghiamo di comunicarci le Vostre esigenze.


Il Ristorante: Nel nostro ristorante, aperto solo agli ospiti dell'albergo, vi offriamo una cucina tradizionale della zona.

La mattina (all´infuori della domenica) potete scegliere se mangiare da noi o se preferite che Vi prenotiamo un tavolo in uno dei ristoranti circostanti.

La cena consiste in un menú fisso cucinato fresco tutti i giorni.

La mattina, dalle 8 alle 10, Vi aspetta un´abbondante colazione a buffet con salumi e formaggi toscani.

Our house has been reconstructed from an ancient defense- structure, in part of the 13th century.

Fourteen rooms offer you a delightful stay with the cultural centres of Siena, Florence and Arezzo nearby.

The "strade dei castelli del chianti" (Roads of the Chianti- castles) take you to the natural and historical beauties of the area, and it´s characteristic vineyards, oliveyards and forests.

A rich breakfast and a typical tuscan meal in the evening will make your stay in San Sano even more pleasant.


Relax: Our pool and the surrounding garden invites you to spend a day of relax enjoying the beautiful panorama of the Chianti- hills and the 150km distant Monte Amiata.

Charming little villages and houses can be discovered by walking through the surrounding area and the major cultural and historical centres like Siena, Florence, Arezzo etc. can be easily reached by car.


The Rooms: The ancient stairs under the arches takes you to the historical part of the hotel.

There are four more rooms, with own terrace, on the ground floor.

Evolving from the time during reconstruction each of the 14 rooms remembers it´s special feature.

All rooms are with private bath.

In respect of the ancient structure our house there is no lift to the rooms, therefore we ask you to let us know possible problems with the stairs.


The Restaurant: In the evenings our restaurant (closed on sundays) is open for houseguests.

We cook a traditional three-course tuscan meal wich you can book every morning.

If you prefer to visit one of the restaurants nearby we are glad to help you with the booking.

For breakfast (8-10) we offer a bountyful buffet with typical local products.
