La tenuta, ricavata da una antica fattoria completamente ristrutturata in tipico stile toscano, è oggi un incantevole Country Inn immerso nel verde e nella quiete dei 25 ettari di bosco che lo compongono e circondato da vigne e uliveti. Con i suoi viali alberati, il grande giardino, gli ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile ammirare un panorama unico, e la grande varietà di animali selvatici che vivono nella riserva boschiva, Villa Sant’ Uberto è il luogo ideale per chi ama le terre del Chianti e la natura e per chi desidera trascorrere un soggiorno all’ insegna del riposo e del relax. Ristoranti: a solo 400 metri dalla struttura ci sono 02 ristoranti. Nelle vicinanze intorno alla tenuta ci sono molti altri ristoranti di alta qualità, tutti offrono la tipica cucina toscana e chiantigiana.

Da Nord (Milano): Autostrada A1 uscita Firenze Impruneta/Certosa, imboccare la superstrada Firenze/Siena ed uscire a San Donato in Poggio, da San Donato seguire le indicazioni per Castellina in Chianti, una volta raggiunta Castellina in Chianti seguire le indicazioni per Radda in Chianti ed imboccare la SR 429 che collega i due paesi, Villa Sant'Uberto è situata su tale strada, la troverà sulla Sua sinistra, circa 3,5 km dopo Castellina in Chianti. Da Sud (Roma): Autostrada A1 direzione Firenze uscita Montevarchi-Valdarno, da Montevarchi seguire le indicazioni per Gaiole in Chianti, imboccando quindi la SR 408, percorrere la SR 408 fino al bivio Radda in Chianti-Gaiole in Chianti-Badia a Coltibuono e svoltare a destra in direzione Radda in Chianti, da Radda in Chianti imboccare la SR 429 in direzione Castellina in Chianti. Villa Sant' Uberto è situata su tale strada, la troverà sulla Sua destra circa 5 km dopo Radda. Da Siena: prendere la strada Chiantigiana n. 222 direzione Castellina in Chianti; passati attraverso il paese di Castellina in Chianti seguire le indicazioni per Radda in Chianti; dopo circa 3,5 Km troverete sul lato sinistro della strada Villa Sant’Uberto. VILLA SANT'UBERTO

Location: Villa Sant’Uberto is located right in the middle of the Chianti Classico area, where the very well-known “Gallo nero” wine is produced. It is a few kilometres away from Castellina and from Radda in Chianti, on a splendid panoramic hill.
The farm has been restructured respecting the typical Tuscan style and transformed into a Country Inn located in a 25 hectares large woodland, where quiet and nature dominate, and surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Villa Sant’Uberto and its tree-lined paths, its large park and terraces, from which you can admire a unique panorama, and the wide variety of wild animals which live in the woods around it, is the ideal place for all those who love the Chianti area and nature and those who want to spend a relaxing and quiet staying. Moreover, Villa Sant’Uberto is located in a geographically strategic position in the middle of Tuscany; the most important artistic and cultural places of the region are easily reachable, thus guaranteeing the possibility to plan numerous excursions in the most charming and characteristic places of Tuscany. Snack Bar service: Guests can enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast in the marvellous living & breakfast rooms in front of the fire-place or with good weather under the portico on the wide panoramic terrace. Guests can also sip a wide variety of drinks from all the parts of the world.... the famous wines of the Chianti Classico and the Tuscany, Caffeteria, Alcoholics, Liqueurs or eat hot snacks, starters, soups, salads, sandwiches, cold dishes and  the traditional Tuscan cakes at the cosy Bar area.
 

Restaurants: at only 400 metres from the estate there are 2 restaurants. There are many high quality restaurants all around the property and all offering typical Tuscan cuisine.

Rooms: By entering the main door, you will immediately feel a comfortable, warm atmosphere. Sant’Uberto offers comfortable and elegant rooms, all with typical, carefully chosen pieces of furniture and wrought-iron beds. Each room has its own bathroom, direct line telephone, satellite TV, Hair-drier, fan, Wi-fi, Heating and many with a wonderful view of the Chianti countryside.

Where we are:
Coming from North (Milan): take the Highway A1 (Milan - Rome), and exit at Firenze Impruneta/Certosa, then take the Superstrada Firenze-Siena (direction Siena) and exit at San Donato in Poggio. Pass through the village of San Donato and drive on towards Castellina in Chianti. After the village of Castellina in Chianti follow the signs to Radda in Chianti (Road SR 429), after about 3,5 km you will find the entrance of Villa Sant'Uberto on the left hand side of the road. Coming from the South (Rome): Take the highway A1 Rome-Milan (direction Milan) and exit at Valdarno-Montevarchi, drive on direction Montevarchi then follow the signs to Gaiole in Chianti and Radda in Chianti. Drive along the SR 408 until the junction Radda in Chianti-Badia a Coltibuono where you have to turn right, direction Radda in Chianti. Once arrived in Radda, turn into the SR 429 and keep on driving in the direction of Castellina in Chianti and after about 5 Km. you will find Villa Sant'Uberto on the right hand side of the road. From Siena: you have to take the road SR 222 "Chiantigiana" direction Castellina in Chianti. Pass through the village of Castellina in Chianti, then follow the signs for Radda in Chianti (Road SR 429) and after about 3,5 km you will find Villa Sant'Uberto on the left hand side of the road.
