Ubicazione: Il San Luigi Residence, è un borgo rurale del '600, nel comune della storica rocca di Monteriggioni, nel cuore della campagna senese.
Immerso in un incontaminato parco di 60.000 mq., può soddisfare le più svariate esigenze dell'ospite durante una vacanza. La struttura è composta da cinque caseggiati originali d'epoca: la Villa, la Foresteria, la Fattoria, il Frantoio ed il Fienile e da due caseggiati di recente costruzione che si armonizzano con le strutture d'epoca.
Le 27 camere d'albergo ed i 43 mono e bilocali, completi di angolo cottura ed attrezzatura per il safe-catering, sono tutti arredati con ottimo gusto e dotato di aria condizionata indipendente, telefono diretto, TV sat, frigobar, e sono predisposti, su richiesta, per collegamenti Internet. Ad eccezione della Villa, tutte le camere e gli appartamenti godono di terrazza (al primo piano) o giardino (al piano terra).
Camere ed Appartamenti: Appartamenti molto confortevoli, ognuno diverso dall'altro, bene arredati e attrezzati con cucinotto, telefono, radio, TV e riscaldamento, modulati su uno o due piani permettono di scegliere, tra i seguenti, quello che più si attaglia alle esigenze di ognuno:
Studio A) per due persone Studio B) per due-quattro persone Studio C) per due-cinque persone
Camere:
B&B Camera Executive Matrimoniale o Doppia B&B Junior Suite ( con terzo letto ) B&B Suite ( Bilocale con terzo e quarto letto)
Le camere hanno le stesse caratteristiche degli appartamennti eccetto il cucinotto.
La locazione può essere per settimana (da sabato a sabato) o anche per fine settimana o addirittura per un solo giorno. Questa duttilità rende il residence San Luigi estremamente favorevole ad ogni richiesta di tipo alberghiera.
Congressi e Conferenze: Per quanto attiene ai congressi e alle conferenze il Borgo San Luigi è in grado di fornire ampie sale, che permettono di riunire da 50 a 200 persone, con una dotazione, oltre che di un laboratorio linguistico, anche di lavagne luminose, proiettore per diapositive, schermo con videoregistratore e televisione.
L'ambiente favorevole fa si che i congressisti non debbano allontanarsi dalle sale avendo a disposizione ogni mezzo di svago e divertimento.
Il Ristorante: La Limonaia, rinomato Ristorante del Relais Borgo San Luigi, con la sua tipica cucina toscana, è inoltre disponibile ad accogliere gli Ospiti che non alloggiano in Albergo, per ricevimenti di nozze, compleanni, cene conviviali, banchetti, colazioni di lavoro ed incontro eno-gastronomici di ogni tipo.
Con la consulenza personale del nostro Chef di Cucina, l'Albergo organizza su richiesta dei mini corsi di cucina della durata da uno a tre giorni, dalla preparazione alla degustazione dei piatti.
La colazione, nel più rigoroso concetto moderno, per ampiezza e bontà dei generi offerti, si svolge vicino al bar e alla piscina e può essere consumata sia all'aperto che al chiuso.
Come, del resto, i pranzi e le cene che vengono preparati da personale collaudato da anni con la casa che cura e si accerta direttamente della qualità e della varietà dell'offerta.
Per coloro che lo desiderano è anche in funzione la cucina internazionale, rivisitata da attenti cuochi che hanno, d'accordo con la direzione, stabilito una simpatica formula di mezza pensione.
La Piscina: La Piscina a disposizione degli Ospiti è immersa nel verde della nostra campagna, semi olimpionica per gli adulti, con zona riservata ai bambini.
In completo relax sul bordo, oppure sul prato circostante, si gode la quiete di un ambiente tradizionalmente esclusivo.
Servizio Ristorante e Bar per il pranzo e per interessanti spuntini.
Fitness Center: Per il Vostro divertimento, e per mantenersi in forma, i due campi da tennis in terra battuta, disponibili anche in notturna.
La piccola palestra è immersa nel parco del Borgo San Luigi, con moderna attrezzatura, sempre aperta.
Parco: Immaginare cosa si cela nei 60.000 mq. di parco è un'impresa per la fantasia del visitatore:
un ristorante con cucina tradizionale toscana la grande piscina con pedana per tuffi e una vasca riservata ai bambini due campi da tennis in terra rossa il bar con tavolini interni ed esterni un campo da pallavolo e da pallacanestro campi da gioco per le bocce tavoli da ping-pong passatempi per tutti e vasti prati dove correre, fare nuove amicizie, prendere il sole magari leggendo un libro una grande scacchiera fra gli ulivi

Location: The San Luigi Residence, situated at the gateway to Siena under the still- intact walls of Monteriggioni in the heart of historical Tuscany, blends in perfectly with the Sienese hills made famous by the paintings of Simone Martini, and is the ideal place for Italian and European enthusiasts of culture, relax and sport.
A fabulous park extending over 60.000 sq.m., fenced in and equipped with sports facilities and a variety of amenities for fun and relax, enables children and adults alike to spend the entire day in absolute privacy and tranquillity.
Rooms and Apartments: Extremely comfortable apartments, each different from the other, all of them well-appointed and provided with kitchenette, telephone, radio, TV and heating, are arranged on one or two floors and allow our guests to choose the design that suits them best from among the following types:
Studio A) for 2 persons Studio B) for 2-4 persons Studio C) for 2-5 persons
Rooms:
B&B Executive Matrimonial or Double B&B Junior Suite (with 3rd bed) B&B Suite (Two-room with 3rd or 4th bed)
Rooms have the same characteristics as apartments, except for kitchenette.
The flats may be rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday), for the weekend, or even for one day.
Such flexibility makes the San Luigi Residence extremely adaptable to all types of request, including hotel accomodation requirements.
Meeting Rooms: As far as conventions and conferences are concerned, Borgo San Luigi offers large rooms seating 50 to 200 persons.
The rooms are equipped with a language laboratory and overhead projectors, a slide projector, and a screen with VCR and television.
Thanks to the location and quality of the amenities available, attendees need to leave the conference venue, since they will find all the relaxation and entertainment they could wish for right where they are.
Restaurant: La Limonaia, famous restaurant of Relais Borgo San Luigi, with its typical Tuscan cuisine, it's available also to welcome the Customers that don't stay in the hotel, for wedding receptions, birthdays, dinners, banquets, working breakfasts, etc..
With a personal advise of our Chef, the Hotel organises on request short cuisine courses that last from 1 to 3 days, from the preparation to the tasting of dishes.
In keeping with modern-day principles and tastes, breakfast offers a splendid offers a splendid array of wholesome fare and can be enjoyed either outdoors or inside, close to the bar and the swimming pool.
The same can be said for the lunches and dinners which are prepared by an extremely capable staff who have many years experience with the house, which directly supervises and ensures the quality and variety of the dishes.
Those who wish can also enjoy our international cuisine, skilfully interpreted by conscientious Tuscan chefs who, in agreement with the management, have established attractive half-board terms.
