Ubicazione: Il nostro hotel è situato in maniera ottimale a 100 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria di Santa Lucia e a 300 metri da Piazzale Roma, punto di accesso alla città per le automobili e i pullman.

La Storia: L'Hotel è sito nel sestiere di Cannaregio, nome che deriva dai canneti che qui vi trovavano, e più precisamente in Lista di Spagna; Lista in veneziano antico significava una zona extraterritoriale per accedere alla quale serviva addirittura un visto. Questa zona, compresa tra la chiesa degli Scalzi (chiesa barocca del XVII secolo) e la chiesa di San Geremia, apparteneva appunto all'ambasciata spagnola che vi sorgeva. L'Hotel era una dependance dell'ambasciata , che si trovava poco più avanti, verso palazzo Labia, uno dei più bei palazzi veneziani, ora sede della RAI. Fu adibito ad albergo nel 1881. In questi ultimi anni è stato adeguato ai moderni standard di sicurezza e qualità.

Le Camere: L'albergo dispone di 60 camere con attrezzature necessarie alla comodità e al relax, tutte con bagno o doccia, asciugacapelli, telefono, televisione a colori, minibar e aria condizionata regolabile dalla camera. Un paio di camere hanno vista sul canal grande, mentre le altre danno sulla Lista di Spagna o su calme e riposanti corti interne (corti in veneziano indicano luoghi aperti e tranquilli usualmente privati, allo scopo di dare respiro ai vari edifici).

Colazione: Alla mattina un ricco buffet viene servito nella nostra nuova sala colazioni.
