Grazie alla sua posizione molto panoramica, a 500 m
s.l.m., godrete in estate di un clima asciutto e
ventilato,
adatto ad escursioni nei boschi circostanti, ricchi di
sentieri per appassionati di trekking e mountain bike.

Appartamenti: La Villa dispone di sette
appartamenti tranquilli e luminosi, arredati in tipico
stile toscano e forniti di ogni comfort.
Dalle finestre la vista spazia su un suggestivo panorama
della campagna toscana: dall'alta Val d'Elsa alla Val
d'Arbia fino a intravedere le torri di San Gimignano ed
altri borghi medioevali come Volterra.
Gli appartamenti da 2 a 6 posti letto sono diversi uno
dall'altro per dimensioni e arredi.

Il Parco:
Antistante la villa, in un parco di pini, querci e lecci
secolari, potrete fare lunghe passeggiate, abbandonarvi a

bellissima piscina trascorrendo così una magnifica estate.

pranzo dove mangiare quando vengono serviti i pasti
- salotto con soggiorno con caminetto, bar, studio con
telefono, computer ed internet, tre bagni uno con accesso
direttamente dal giardino e due con ingresso dal salotto,
lavanderia con lavatrici, ferro da stiro ed asse da stiro,
cucina professionale, per uso del catering per
preparazione
pasti su richiesta
Suites: La
villa ha sette suites dove possono alloggiare 26 persone
in
13 camere. Le altre 4 persone possono essere sistemate in
letti aggiuntivi o nei divani che possono diventare letti.
Le suites sono state accuratamente arredate nel classico
stile toscano. Tutte le suites escluso Marmoraia hanno
l'ingresso dall'interno della villa.

Villa Mucellena, situated in the peaceful and atmospheric
hills around Siena, amidst the green of the holm oaks and
chestnut trees of the Montagnola Senese district, in the
middle of the ancient via Francigena, via Cassia and Via
Aurelia, 18 km from Siena and 50 from Florence, is the
ideal place in which to enjoy a relaxing holiday in
Tuscany.
Thanks to its extremely panoramic position, set
at
an altitude of 500 m above sea level, the summer climate
is
dry and ventilated, perfect for excursions in the
surrounding woodlands, and criss-crossed by pathways for
those who enjoy trekking and mountain biking.

Appartamenti: The Villa has seven bright and
peaceful apartments, furnished in typical Tuscan style and
equipped with every comfort.
The windows offer a view of the charming Tuscan
countryside: from the high Val d'Elsa to Val d'Arbia, with
glimpses of the towers of San Gimignano and other medieval
towns, such as Volterra.
The apartments, which sleep from 2 to 6 guests, differ in
size and are all individually furnished.

The Park and the
Swimming Pool: In front of the Villa, in a park
populated by age-old pine trees, oaks and holm

telephone, computer and Internet connection, three
toilets,
one with direct access from the garden and two accessible
from the hall, laundry room with washing machines, iron
and
ironing board, professional kitchen for use by the
catering
staff to prepare meals on request
Suites: The
villa has seven suites offering accommodation to 26 people
in 13 rooms.
Four other people can be accommodated in additional beds
or
sofas that convert to beds.
The suites have been accurately furnished in classic
Tuscan
