Ristorante: “La Stua de Re Laurin” è il nome del
nostro ristorante diretto dall’apprezzato Chef Maurizio
Denti Lo chef che si distingue per l'alta e ricercata
cucina. Prodotti freschi di prima qualità, specialità
mediterranee rivisitate all'insegna delle leggerezza,
creatività e cura attenta dei particolari fanno della
gastronomia del El Laresh che lo Chef orchesta con la
fantasia di un artista e la sicurezza di un maestro, un
paradiso per i buongustai più raffinati.
La
Colazione: Al mattino la colazione a buffet è
particolarmente ricca: dolci, muesli e cornflakes,
marmellata e cioccolata, frutta fresca, frutta sciroppata e
secca, salumi, formaggi, scelta di tè alla frutta, caffè e
latte, croissant, dolci, pane integrale e yoghurt.
Il Bar: Il
nostro caratteristico e suggestivo Bar realizzato
interamente con legname di un vecchio fienile ladino,
riporta la memoria ad un antico “Tobià del Giaf”, fienile
del nonno, dove potrete scoprire i sapori e le specialità
dell’antica tradizione di montagna con le stupende grappe
preparate con maestria ed arte dal “nonno Cesare”.

salute "Enrosadira" recentemente ristrutturato vi offre il
massimo relax e benessere, ideale dopo una giornata di
intensa attività e per chi invece vuole godere di una
vacanza rilassante e tonificante.....
L'incantevole vasca idromassaggio e la più tradizionale
sauna finlandese.....
particolarmente apprezzato è il bagno turco con
thermarium.... da abbinare alla speciale doccia
multifunzione con getti di acqua nebulizzata oppure alla
cascata di acqua fredda ideale dopo la sauna...

Restaurant: “La Stua de Re
Laurin” (The room of King Laurin) is the name of our
restaurant led by our skilful Chef de Cuisine Maurizio
Denti, who distinguishes himself for the high quality of
his cookery. The use of fresh and top-quality products is
one of the distinctive features of his cookery, based on
typical Mediterranean dishes, skilfully prepared by our
chef with great creativity and fantasy thus meeting the
taste of the most demanding gourmets.
Breakfast:
In the morning you will find a rich breakfast buffet with
sweets and cakes, cereals and corn-flakes, jam and
chocolate, fruits, dried fruits and syrup fruits, cheese
and sausages, wide choice of teas, coffee, hot chocolate
and milk, croissants, bread and yoghurt.
Bar: Our
characteristic bar, all made with the wood of an old Ladin
hayloft, brings back to the memory the image of the
old “Tobià del Giaf” (the grandfather’s barn). Here you
will find the savours of the old mountain traditions with
the “grappas” specially made for you by “Granddad
Cesare” .
"Enrosadira" Wellness
Center:Our wellness centre "Enrosadira" has
recently been completely renovated and offers you pleasant
moments of relax and well being. The wellness centre is the
ideal solution to recover after a day spent on the slopes
or walking on the mountain, but also for those who wish to
indulge in a holiday characterised by quiet and relax...
The beautiful Jacuzzi and the traditional Finnish
Sauna.....
The steam bath with thermarium cannot be missed....
together with the special multi-jet shower with nebulised
water and the cold waterfall, which is particularly
appreciated after a hot sauna...
