Ubicazione: L’hotel ristorante Foresta, come dice il nome stesso, sorge immerso in una foresta di abeti, al centro di tutti i passi dolomitici.

Vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita di Pampeago, Obereggen, Lusia e passo S.Pellegrino, a 15 min dagli impianti del Sella Ronda, ha la pista della Marcialonga a 20 mt.e il centro fondo Alochet a 15 min.

Colazione: La nostra prima colazione del mattino viene servita dalle ore 07.30 alle ore 10.00 e consiste in un ricco e sostanzioso buffet di prodotti tipici dolci e salati (salumi, formaggi, torte fatte in casa, marmellate, corn flakes, cereali, frutta, yogurt e tante altre specialità) e di un self service di bevande calde e fredde.

Cucina: Dalle ore 12.00 alle ore 14.00 e dalle 19.00 alle 21.00 con apertura annuale il ristorante offre una cucina gestita interamente dai propritari, tradizionale e tipica, volta alla riscoperta di antichi sapori e profumi. Favorevole riscontro hanno le serate a tema. Ricordiamo tra queste "a cena con Re Laurino" durante la stagione invernale, e "Sapori d'autunno" nel mese di settembre, con abbinamenti di vini nazionali ed internazionali.
Ampia scelta alla carta (dieci antipasti, dieci primi piatti, 20 secondi piatti e vari dessert), buffet di verdure cotte e crude, possibilità di banchetti caldi e freddi.
Salette riservate per piccoli e grandi gruppi.

Location: As the name says, it is totally absorbed in a pine wood. lt is m the middle of all Dolomites passes.

The Hotel is closer to the cable-ways for Pampeago, Obereggen. Lusia and Saint Pellegrino Pass, and at 15 minutes to the ski resorts of Sella Ronda and at 20 metres to the "Marcialonga" slope as well as at 15 minutes to the cross-country sky centre at Alochet.

The Hotel is equipped with ski-deposit and a ski teacher is at disposal for our guests.

Breakfast: Our breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.00 am. It is made up of a rich and considerable buffet. At your disposal a large variety of typical products from the sweets to the salty things is served (such as cheeses, salami, home-made cakes, corn flakes, yogurt and many other specialities) and, last but not least, a self-service of cold and warm drinks is running at that time.

Cuisine: All year long from 12 am to 2 pm and from 7 pm to 21 pm. the staff is pleased to offer a traditionai and typical cooking. The cooking is managed directly by the owners, their aim is the rediscovering of old tastes and fragrances. They organise evenings with a subject (for instance: "A Cena Con Re Laurino" during the winter season and "Sapori d’Autunno" during the month of September) in which are served national and international wines and a large variety from menu (ten starters, ten first dishes, 20 second dishes and different desserts).
The buffet of cold and warrn vegetables is considerably rich as well. The halls are at disposal for cold and warm banquets, there are halls for small and larger groups, last but not least it is Lion’s Club meeting point.

Facilities: The Hotel has got a TV room, tyrolean style bar, drawing- room, show room, no smoking hall, restaurant dining-room, private parking with garage and finally, with the next winter season it is going to have a wellness centre.

Rooms: With the next season (2001/2002) Hotel Foresta staff puts at your disposal the relaxing area wìth hydromassage pool, turkish-bath, thermarium Sauna and solarium.
