Ubicazione: Il Park Hotel Residence Blanc et Noir è un moderno e funzionale complesso alberghiero, che si estende su di una splendida e tranquilla collina con un giardino di circa 10.000 mq. Situato nella zona sud-ovest di Roma sulla via Portuense, il Park Hotel Residence Blanc et Noir è collegato direttamente e velocemente all'EUR-zona fiera e all'aereoporto di Fiumicino, mentre il centro storico (San Pietro) è facilmente raggiungibile in 15-20 minuti.

Il complesso alberghiero è composto da una struttura centrale ed otto palazzine.

E' dotato di una piacevole piscina all'aperto e dispone di un ampio parcheggio per bus e auto, il tutto collegato da verdi viali e vialetti fioriti inseriti in un grande parco.

E' certamente il luogo ideale per un soggiorno a Roma.


Le Camere: Nel corpo centrale sono disponibili 90 camere dislocate su tre piani, tutte finemente arredate. Le camere dispongono anche di un piacevole balconcino, un bagno con vasca e doccia, frigo bar, telefono, tv, asciugacapelli, aria condizionata.


Sono in fase di ultimazione i lavori per la realizzazione di una ulteriore nuova struttura con 80 unità bilocali che dispongono di camera matrimoniale e soggiorno ed una Sala Riunioni per 500 posti.


Il Residence: A breve distanza dal corpo centrale ed inserite nel parco, collegate da viali e giardini, sono situate le 8 palazzine contraddistinte tra loro da nomi di piante: Magnolia, Camelia, Edera, Glicine, Acacia, Dalia, Orchidea e Casale con un totale di 182 unità abitative.

Ogni unità, di recentissima e globale ristrutturazione, elegantemente arredata, spaziosa e luminosa, si compone di 2 stanze (una stanza da letto ed un salotto), bagno ed un ampio balcone che la circonda e dispone di telefono, frigo, tv ed aria condizionata.

Confortevoli, funzionali e di varie grandezze, gli appartamenti sia monolocali che bilocali dispongono di cucina o angoli cottura con frigo completamente attrezzati con tutti i comforts e servizi adatti ad un soggiorno di tipo residenziale.


Servizi: Nell'edificio centrale sono situati la hall, spaziosa ed accogliente, un confortevole bar, un ampio ristorante elegante ed efficiente che offre una cucina ricercata e di buon gusto, anche con piatti tipici della tradizione italiana. La colazione, abbondante e varia, è servita a buffet.


Meeting: Il complesso ha a disposizione due sale riunioni attrezzate con impianti per il turismo congressuale.

Attualmente, non distante dal complesso alberghiero (circa 300-400 mt.), in una struttura che fa parte dello stesso Gruppo Garofalo, sono a disposizione Sale Congressi con una capienza da 30 a 180 posti e, nel giro di qualche mese, anche un'ulteriore sala con 500 posti e relativi servizi.


Il totale della ricettività è di 300 camere e suites (equivalenti a 900 posti letto).

Rooms: The main building houses 90 elegantly furnished rooms located on three floors.
All the rooms feature balconies, bathrooms with baths and showers, mini bars, telephones, TVs, hairdryers and air conditioning.


Work on constructing a new building housing 80 suites comprising a double bedroom and lounge plus a meeting room that can hold up to 500 people is nearing completion.


Residence: The eight smaller annexes, each bearing the name of a plant - Magnolia, Camelia, Edera, Glicine, Acacia, Dalia, Orchidea and Casale – and housing 182 residential apartments are located at just a short distance from the central building, set among the park and connected to the central building by walkways and gardens.

All the residential apartments are elegantly furnished, roomy and bright and have recently been refurbished.

Each apartment comprises 2 rooms (bedroom and lounge), a bathroom, a large balcony that runs around the apartment, telephone, fridge, TV and air conditioning.

Both the one-room and two-room comfortable, highly functional apartments, which are of different sizes, feature a kitchen or kitchenette with fridge and offer all the modern conveniences and services needed during a residential stay.


Services: The central building houses a roomy hall area, cosy bar and stylish, efficient restaurant offering a delicious, sophisticated cuisine including a selection of typical Italian dishes. The hotel serves a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of foods.


Meeting Rooms: The complex boasts two fully-equipped meeting rooms which can be used for congress tourism.

At the present moment in time conference rooms holding from 30 to 180 people are available in a building belonging to Gruppo Garofalo, located at a short distance from the hotel complex (approx. 300-400m), while another fully-equipped conference room holding up to 500 people will be available in a few months time.
