Un sogno, sospeso nel tempo e nella intimità di un caratteristico chalet di montagna... Lontano dal traffico e ad un passo dalle piste da sci della Via Lattea. Un sogno che profuma di fiori alpestri e boschi centenari, del legno che crepita nel camino e dell'aria rarefatta di alta montagna... Ed evoca i sapori antichi, talvolta dimenticati, di una cucina che celebra le stagioni.
In inverno come in estate, lo Chalet è un punto fermo per ospiti di ogni età. Cambia il paesaggio, cambiano i colori, cambiano i ritmi, ma non cambia la poesia di quest'oasi un po' speciale dove ogni week end, ogni vacanza è un "momento da ricordare"... Diverso ad ogni occasione. Le 10 camere, ognuna dedicata ad un segno zodiacale, sono accoglienti, permeate da una benefica tranquillità.
I mobili, rigorosamente lavorati e scolpiti a mano, riportano l'uomo alle cose belle della vita, alla solidità di un'artigianalità di consolidata esperienza.
Ognuna è un piccolo osservatorio dove gustare il tempo, senza fretta alcuna. Mentre lo sguardo scorre sulla natura circostante, e cattura impagabili scorci di boschi e monti del Triplex, Bourget, Genevris... Dopo un'emozionante giornata all'insegna dello sport e del divertimento, dopo un momento di relax in terrazza, il "Naskira" - ristorante aperto anche alla clientela esterna, è il ritrovo eletto per fare di una sosta un'autentica esperienza. Non solo del palato... La matrice della cucina di casa è piemontese, con particolare riguardo a prodotti e peculiarità del territorio.
Il Naskira è laboratorio di cucina in Alta Quota, dove la gastronomia trae ispirazione dalle radici della tradizione montana dell’Alta Val di Susa.
Una ricerca della tipicità, accompagnata da contemporaneità ed attenzione alla stagionalità delle materie prime, che non esclude tocchi di creatività e stimolanti reinterpretazioni di ricette classiche.
Frutta e verdura rigorosamente di stagione, selezioni di formaggi di piccoli produttori, carni di provenienza locale... sono il fil rouge di menu che si avvicendano di stagione in stagione, in una equilibrata varietà di piatti di consolidata tradizione regionale e proposte inedite, uniche.

In winter as in summer, the Chalet is a focal point for guests of all ages. Allow yourself to be seduced by the pleasures of the dining table, of the cosy atmosphere of a place where an entertaining cuckoo clock tells the time for the sportingman’s dinner, for the most sophisticated delicious dishes, for romantic dinners, for convivial themed gourmet get-togethers and tailor-made events.. The chalet's cuisine is Piedmontese and it pays particular attention to local produce and specialities.The Naskira is a high altitude cookery workshop, where cuisine is inspired by the traditional mountain cuisine of the upper Val di Susa.
It is a search for typical dishes combined with modernity, with great care taken over seasonal fresh produce, though this doesn’t prevent us from adding touches of creativity and exciting reinterpretations of classic recipes.
Only seasonal fruit and vegetables, a cheeseboard featuring locally-produced cheeses, locally-reared meat... these are the constant features of our menu that alternate from season to season, in a balanced variety of dishes from the established local tradition and original, unique creations.
