Immerso nei profumati giardini
di limoni che caratterizzano
la costa acese, Palazzo Giovanni
è stato recentemente ristrutturato nel rispetto dello
stile originario, quello dei palazzetti signorili del
primo Novecento: i pavimenti con decorazioni liberty, i
soffitti affrescati, i mobili originali d’epoca, i dipinti
realizzati dalla nonna, ci rappresentano gli usi di una
nobile famiglia etnea, come quella Leotta Dilettoso
Vagliasindi del Castello, di cui Silvio, che gestisce il
b&b, è il più giovane discendente.
Servizi: Un
grande solarium, dotato di gazebo, doccia e barbecue,
concede momenti di relax con sullo sfondo il grande
vulcano. Un ampio agrumeto permette salubri passeggiate.

Camere: Le
camere (ognuna dedicata alle donne della famiglia), hanno
vista Etna o mare e fruiscono di un’ampia sala comune con
terrazzo con vista mare e sugli agrumeti per le colazioni
all’aperto.

Il Rustico:
Un mini appartamento ricavato da un antico rustico in stile
mediterraneo: indipendente dal resto della casa è dotato
di angolo cottura, camino e di cortiletto privato ed è in
grado di ospitare da 2 a 6 persone. Il locale non è
climatizzato.

Location:
Born on a bed of lava dated 1334, Stazzo is one of the
five sea villages of the Acireale’s Riviera.
Its privileged position offers an incomparable view over
Mount Etna from one of the most full of charme tracts of
lava rocks, and the possibility of easily reaching
Acireale,
Catania, Taormina, Riposto’s beaches and
Giardini Naxos’ ones, the woods and the beds of lava of
the National Park of Mount Etna.
Immersed in the smelly lemon yards that characterize the
Acireale’s coast, Palace Giovanni has been recently
restored by respecting its original style, that of the
elegant and exclusive residences of the nobles of the
beginning of the XIX century with floors decorated in
liberty style, painted roofs, antique furniture, paintings
made by grannies, all representing the customs and
traditions of a noble Etnean family, the Leotta Dilettoso
Vagliasindi del Castello, of which Silvio, who runs the
B&B, is the youngest descendant.
Services: A
big solarium, equipped with a gazebo, shower and barbecue,
offers relax watching the big volcano, while a wide citrus
yard allows healthy walks.
A private parking is also
available.
Rooms: Each
room is dedicated to one of the women of the family and
watches Mount Etna or the sea. A common hall is available
with a terrace watching the sea and the citrus yards where
breakfast is served in the open air.

The Cottage:
This is a small apartment deriving from an old
Mediterranean style cottage, which is independent from the
rest of the house and is equipped with a kitchenette,
fireplace and a private yard offering the possibility of
accommodating from 2 to 6 people.
