I Franzelin sono veramente un ceppo altoatesino: dal 1720 la famiglia gestisce l'albergo, che in passato era un punto di sosta lungo la via di pellegrinaggio al Convento della Madonna di Pietralba.

Camere: Ognuna delle luminose camere per gli ospiti ha il suo fascino del tutto particolare. Vecchi mobili tradizionali, stoffe rustiche, nobile marmo, legno naturale, stile dalle linee pulite e confort moderno.

Ristorante: Nelle antiche stanze imponenti di questo albergo tradizionale i tipici piatti altoatesini si cucinano ancora come una volta. Ingredienti freschi di ottima qualità sono per noi un fattore ovvio: ecco perché i nostri clienti affezionati sono anche disposti a fare una strada più lunga, pur di gustare i delicati gnocchi di milza, i tortelli ripieni con funghi di bosco, i medaglioni di cervo con contorno di mele arrosto e l'appetitoso Gröstl.

The Franzelin Family has a long history in South Tyrol: Since 1720, the family has managed the hotel, which was once a stopping-point for pilgrims en route to the Maria Weissenstein Monastery

The craftsmanship of the vaulted ceilings, the comfortable rooms, the library, the beautiful tile stoves, and the Venetian terrace all combine to create an atmosphere of coziness and authenticity.

Rooms: Each of our sunny guest rooms has its own special charm. Antique farmhouse furniture, rustic materials, noble marble, natural wood, clear designs, and modern comfort.

Restaurant: In this traditional inn, traditional South Tyrolean cuisine is still respected and enjoyed. Fresh, wholesome ingredients are of course essential, and that's why long-time guests are willing to make the slight detour in order to enjoy the delicious spleen dumplings, the dumplings stuffed with forest mushrooms, the venison medallions with baked apples, and the tasty hashed potatoes.
