Dove siamo:
Una volta raggiunta Siena, da nord o da sud, prendere la tangenziale e procedere come segue…. Pochi bagagli (a mano, trolley, ..) ....Uscire a Siena Nord e seguire le direzioni per il centro, dopo circa 2Km al secondo semaforo girare a sinistra in direzione della stazione e poi seguire le indicazioni per Porta Ovile. Arrivati di fronte la Porta proseguire per Via B. Peruzzi lungo il quale troverete il Parcheggio San Francesco. Potete lasciare la macchina e prendere le scale mobili che sono proprio di fronte e che vi condurranno in pieno centro in piazza San Francesco. Attraversate la Piazza, proseguite a piedi per Via dei Rossi per circa 5 minuti. All fine di via dei Rossi vi troverete sul corso principale (via Banchi di Sopra), andate a sinistra e dopo pochi metri sulla destra, al numero 15, c’è il portone d’ingresso alla Residenza. Molti Bagagli …..prendere l'uscita SIENA OVEST e seguire le indicazioni STADIO (o il disegno del pallone da calcio) e proseguire lungo Via di Pescaia, una larga strada fiono ad arrivare allo Stadio di Calcio. Nello stesso piazzale dove è l'entrata dello Stadio, PIAZZA SAN DOMENICO, vi è l'entrata per il centro storico che è consentito solo per carico e scarico bagagli. (Sarà nostra premura avvisare i Vigili Urbani dell'avvenuto passaggio). Imboccare VIA DELLA SAPIENZA – VIA DELLE TERME e dopo 100 metri si arriva in PIAZZA INDIPENDENZA dove fermare la macchina per il tempo necessario a portare i bagagli in hotel. Sulla destra si trova il Teatro dei Rozzi. Alla sinistra una piccola strada VIA DEI TERMINI prendere questa, girare a destra nel VICOLO PIER PETTINAIO il quale sbuca nel corso principale di SIENA, VIA BANCHI DI SOPRA, girando a destra al numero 15 si trova il portone. Noi siamo al terzo piano. L'ascensore è nel cortile. Dopo lo scarico dei bagagli (15/20 minuti) l’auto va spostata. Durante la sosta la invitiamo a lasciare questo foglio o un avviso in vista nell’auto in modo che i vigili urbani possano comprendere. E’ inoltre possibile usufruire di un servizio di ritiro e consegna auto con parcheggio in garage con addebito diretto sul conto hotel.

Where we are:
Driving from the north. After reaching Florence (if by the Autostrada A1, exit at Firenze Certosa) follow the signs to Siena (the 4 lane highway Firenze-Siena begins at the A1 Firenze Certosa exit). Proceed on the highway in direction of Siena Driving from the south. Take the A1 Autostrada to Florence - Firenze, exit at Valdichiana, at the stop turn right following the blu signs to Siena. Approaching the city (40km) stay to the signs indicating Tangenziale-Firenze Several lagguages …..exit at Siena Ovest-Porta San Marco, at the stop sign turn right towards Siena,…… proceed in the round about in the direction to Stadio (the soccer stadium - you will see the picture of a soccer ball), stay on this street (strada di Pescaia) up to the traffic light. At the traffic light take a right, proceed all the way up hill and follow the street as it turns left, at the stop turn right, follow the main street to the Centro and Stadio, up to finding the entrance to the Stadio on the left and on the right the church of San Domenico. In this case you can drive almost until the Hotel entering in the historical city center as follows: you can take one the entrance of the historical city centre along "via della Sapienza", a downhill road on your right hand side. That turns in "via delle Terme", after 100 meters you'll arrive in a square called "Piazza Indipendenza" where you can leave the car. for 10-15 minutes while you drop off your luggages at the hotel. On your right hand side you can see the Rozzi theatre and on your left hand side there is a small uphill street. Take this. You are in "via dei Termini" turn in Vicolo Pier Pettinaio at the end turn right and you'll be in the main street of Siena Via Banchi Di Sopra where at N° 15 you will see our front door with a flower shop inside. The elevator is in the courtyard. Afert 10-15 minutes you have to move the car outside the historical city center. Find a parking garage or you can use our Valet Service at €35.00 per day. In the meantime please leave a note or this page on the car window indicating you are loading/unloading luggages at our hotel. Just few bags and you can walk easily ....take the exit Siena Nord direction City center; after about 2 km at the second traffic light turn left direction Stazione (Railway Station); then follow the signs Porta Ovile.When you arrive in front of the gate Porta Ovile turn left in Via B. Peruzzi where the Parking San Francesco is located (cost approx 25,00€ per day). Just in front of the parking the is a new escalator that leads you directly in the historic centre of Siena. Walk through Piazza San Francesco, then via dei rossi for 5 minutes. At the end of Via dei Rossi pass under the arch and turn left. You are in Via Banchi di Sopra and we are at the n° 15.
