L´albergo al Lupo vanta una storia secolare, essendo stato citato come Hotel Wolf già nel corso del 13° secolo e raggiungendo ancora nel 16° secolo la connotazione di uno degli alberghi più rinomati e ricchi di tradizione del nucleo più antico di Castelrotto.
