In un’atmosfera irreale, da sogno ecco la facciata dell’Hotel Posta Cavallino Bianco. Adesso ha perso le scritte che la resero leggendaria ... ma quanta aria nuova, ha saputo conquistarsi.
All’interno ogni suo angolo riflette immagini di una tradizionale ospitalità, cordiale e invitante: come nella cura posta, sino nei minimi particolari dell’arredamento.
Poter riposare, guardare e partecipare al piacevole gioco dell’ospite. E perdersi nella contemplazione di visioni dalle sensazione più esaltanti; siano esse rivolte verso le verdi abetaie della Rasciesa o le guglie di roccia delle Odle, svettanti, nel cielo più limpido, o verso la valle terminante verso il gruppo del Sassolungo e del Sella. Panorami tremendamente invitanti....oppure starsene semplicemente sull’ampio terrazzo del Cafè Posta sulla piazzetta al centro del paese.
Essere viziati dalle proposte cortesi di un cameriere, con un invito a provare le delicatezze, appena fatte dalla squisita pasticceria di casa o resistere alla tentazione leggendo un libro in un ambiente raffinato e tranquillo, magari davanti al caminetto.
Poi prepararsi per un altro dei momenti più importanti della giornata: la cena, per i piaceri della tavola!

In an unreal and dreaming atmosphere...the front of the Hotel Posta Cavallino Bianco. Now it has lost the writings which made it so legendary ....but what a new atmosphere it has been able to win.
Inside it, every corner reflects the images of an excellent, traditional, kind and inviting hospitality. As the particular care use for the smallest details of the pieces of furniture.
Seeing and sharing the pleasant play of the guest. And losing and contemplating visions giving exciting feelings, either addressed towards the green forests of fir-trees of the Rasciesa or the rock spires of the Odle, cutting off the tops of the clearest sky. Or addressed towards the valley ending, to the Sassolungo or Sella. Panoramas being extremely attractive.....or just sitting on the wide terrace of the Cafe Posta, in the middle of the village, at a small table, enjoying the sight of the tourists walking by .
Being delighted by the kind proposals of a waiter, asking to taste the fresh cakes just made by the pastry- cook, or resisting temptations, reading a book in a refined and quiet room or by the fire-place, listening to the sweet notes of a piano played by skilled hands.
And then we’ll get ready for another important moment of the day: dinner time and the delights of the table!
