Situato in posizione molto silenziosa, in quanto si tratta di un edificio che non si affaccia direttamente su strada, dista circa 50 metri dall'uscita principale della Stazione Termini, sul lato del binario per Fiumicino, e circa 30 metri dall'uscita della metropolitana linee A e B, dal lato di Via Giolitti. L'albergo, rimodernato ultimamente, è costituito da camere fornite di bagno con doccia, TV, telefono,cassatorte e climatizzazione personalizzata. Vi è inoltre una confortevole sala adibita sia a prima colazione che per sala lettura, o TV oppure ricevimento ospiti. L'albergo è presidiato ventiquattro ore su ventiquattro, per cui gli ospiti non hanno problemi di rientro notturno. La zona adiacente è spesso in grado di offrire parcheggio alle auto in transito, pur con la osservanza degli obblighi di zona blu (ticket di Euro 1,00/ora nei giorni feriali dalle 9.00 alle 19.00), o in alternativa vi sono diversi garage custoditi. Si accettano pagamenti con le carte di credito più diffuse in Italia (VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, AMERICAN-EXPRESS, ecc.). Siamo sicuramente competitivi, a parità di confort offerto, con gli altri alberghi della zona.
