Provenendo dal Nord è anche possibile: - uscire a Roma Sud dall’Autostrada del Sole A1, percorrere il Gran Raccordo Anulare in direzione Sud-Napoli e poi la Strada Statale n. 148 Pontina. Superata la cittadina balneare di Terracina si può scegliere la Litoranea S.S. 213 Flacca per raggiungere Formia o la S.S. n. 7 Appia per inoltrarsi nell’entroterra e raggiungere Itri. Dopo Itri, l’Appia raggiunge Formia.

Coming from North it is also possible to take: -'Roma Sud' exit from the highway 'del Sole' A1, go through the Gran Raccordo Anulare heading South, then take the Pontine State road n. 148. Once you have past the small town called Terracina, you can choose the Litoranea S.S. 213 Flacca to reach Formia or the n. 7 Appia way advancing towards the hinterland and reaching Itri. After Itri, the Appia way leads to Formia.
