L' Hotel Monterosa, costruito in 1865, e' stato il primo hotel di Alagna. È situato nel centro del villaggio, di fronte alla chiesa, a 100 m. dalla cabina telefonica. Completamente rinnovato nel 1982, oggi ha 14 stanze, tutte con TV, alcune delle quali sono stanze della famiglia, e può ospitare un totale di 34 persone. La nuova gestione presta particolare attenzione al servizio ed all' approvvigionamento che include una prima colazione del buffet e un pasto di sera con la scelta d'una specialità locale ogni giorno. I pasti sono serviti nel ristorante "La Stube" nella stanza storica di Margherita che è conservata nel suo stile e docorazione originale. Per il après-ski ed i momenti liberi gli ospiti possono raggiungere il "Caffè delle Guide" direttamente dal foyer dell' hotel. Sono disponibili anche i seguenti servizi: un garage, un minibus per i trasferimenti, una stanza per gli sci, il fax ed E-mail, e d'estate un terrazzo per prendere il sole.

The Hotel Monterosa, built in 1865, was Alagna’s first hotel. It is situated in the centre of the village,opposite the Church, 100 m from the cable-car. Completely renovated in 1982, today it has 14 rooms, all with en-suite facilities and TV, some of which are family rooms, and can accommodate a total of 34 people. The new management pays particular attention to the service and to the catering which includes a buffet breakfast and an evening meal with the choice of a local speciality every day. Meals are served in the restaurant “La Stube” in the historic Margherita Room which is preserved in the original style of decor. For après-ski and free moments guests can reach the “Caffè delle Guide” directly from the hotel foyer. The following services are also available: a garage , a minibus for transfers, a ski-room, fax and e-mail and in summer a sun terrace.
