Struttura:
Gli alberghi sono stati concepiti come edifici strettamente
collegati alle peculiarità del paesaggio e del terreno, in
maniera tale da consentire un’armoniosa integrazione degli
stessi con l’ambiente circostante, senza alterare o
sconvolgere gli equilibri di quest’ultimo. Collocato sul
fianco di una collina boscosa, l’hotel Gusmay possiede una
forma ad arco, imposta dalle specificità del terreno e
dall’esigenza di garantire un’apertura totale in direzione
del mare. Infatti la hall, la sala ristorante e le camere
sono interamente orientate verso il mare, garantendo una
vista significativa dell’area verde che dall’albergo giunge
fino alla spiaggia di Manacore.
Le Camere: Le
86 Camere, con un totale di 175 posti letto, sono suddivise
tra le 58 dell’Hotel Gusmay e le 28 all’Hotel Rotonda tutte
dotate di: servizi privati, telefono con linea diretta,
aria condizionata, frigobar con riempimento su richiesta,
tv satellitare, asciugacapelli e cassaforte.

La gastronomia è di tipo internazionale ed offre
prevalentemente piatti Pugliesi, a base di prodotti locali
e genuini, impostata sulla rielaborazione di portate
tradizionali sempre alla ricerca di odori e sapori
dimenticati.
Il ristorante sul mare dell’ Hotel Rotonda (attivo dal
29/05 al 10/09) con servizio a buffet a mezzogiorno sulla
spiaggia ed il ristorante dell’ Hotel Gusmay con servizio
al tavolo per i primi e secondi piatti, frutta o dessert e
buffet per i contorni e/o per gli antipasti vegetariani per
la cena, garantiscono il massimo della professionalità.

Structure:
The Gusmay & Rotonda hotels, with their distinctive
architecture, can be considered as models of Gargano
hospitality. They are set within a natural park covering
500 acres, which gradually descends to a beautiful bay just
a few kilometres from Peschici and are easily accessible by
car or bus.
It is possible to enjoy two different kinds of holiday,
with accomodations either by the sea or in a pinewood. In
fact, one part of the complex directly overlooks a fine
sandy beach, while the other one stands in a peaceful
location, completely surrounded by greenery.
Rooms: 86
sleeping rooms 175 people altogether. The 58 Gusmay Hotel’s
rooms are provided with en-suite toilets, direct-dial
telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, hair-drier and
terrace; the 29 rooms at the Rotonda Hotel have en-suite
toilets, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning, satellite
TV, fridge, safe, hair-drier, terrace or garden and almost
all of them offer a view of the sea.

Dining: The
gastronomy is decidedly Apulian , with a basisof local,
genuine produce, elaborated in traditional dishes that
recall forgotten tastes and aromas.
The restaurant on the sea in the hotel Rotonda has a buffet
service at lunch-time on the beach, for dinner service at
table in the Gusmay restaurant for main courses, fruit or
desert and a buffet for side dishes, hors d’oeuvres and
vegerian dishes, all guaranteed by the maximum
professionality.
Special needs for diets and meals without glutin should be
stated when booking.
