L'Hotel Magnolia è situato in una zona tranquilla ed è
facilmente raggiungibile seguendo le indicazioni dal
lungomare della spiaggia del Pizzomunno.
Cucina:
L'Hotel Magnolia dispone di un'ampia sala ristorante con
menu a scelta ed un ricco buffet di antipasti e contorni
caldi e freddi.
La cucina, premiata con la "Forchetta d'Oro Anno 1993",
è curata direttamente dal proprietario, Chef Giuseppe
Vieste, ed offre particolare attenzione ai piatti tipici
pugliesi e a base di pesce. Il pane, sorbetti, semifreddi e
la pasticceria sono preparati quotidianamente dallo
Chef.
Ogni sabato è gala dinner a lume di candela (nei mesi di
Giugno, Luglio, Agosto e Settembre).
La piccola colazione è servita a buffet con una variazione
mattutina di succhi, vari tipi di cereali, yogurt,
pasticceria fresca e secca, formaggi, prosciutto,
mortadella, marmellate varie, miele, cioccolata, burro,
pane bianco e nero.

Cuisine: The Hotel Magnolia is
one of those inns of select and limited class which can
boast a cuisine of the highest quality.
The hotel has a spacious restaurant offering an à la carte
menu and a plentiful buffet of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres
and vegetables. The cuisine, a prize winner of the ‘Golden
Fork’ in 1993, is prepared personally by the proprietor,
Chef Giuseppe Vieste, and specialises in fish and typical
dishes of the Puglia region. The bread, sorbets, ice cream
cakes and pastries are prepared daily by the chef. Every
Saturday in the months of June, July, August and September,
there is an enchanting candle lit dinner. Breakfast is
served as a buffet with a variety of fresh juices,
different types of cereal, yoghurt, fresh pastries,
cheeses, ham, Bologna sausage, a variety of jams, honey,
chocolate, butter and brown and white bread.
