La
Cucina: Da sempre la cucina del Bivio è rinomata
in tutta la valle, oggi nella nostra Casa coesistono 4
ristoranti i cui ingredienti comuni sono: materie prime di
qualità, gusto sincero nei piatti di territorio, freschezza
della "dieta mediterranea” ed un leggero tocco di
creatività.
Il
Ristorante: Riservato agli ospiti dell'hotel.
Lo chef propone un menù quotidiano di quattro portate per
il pranzo e cinque per la cena, con l'alternativa di
scegliere liberamente da una "petit carte".
Colazione con ricco buffet.
Vivere
bene: Per noi la vacanza non è completa senza la
giusta dose di benessere dedicato al corpo, di allegra vita
all’aria aperta, di divertenti serate in compagnia di buona
musica, e di semplici momenti di dolce far niente.
Vitarium: Nulla di meglio del
relax nel Vitarium Sauna Center.

Tradizioni: Dal 1958 accogliamo
i nostri ospiti con il calore e nella tradizione tipica di
Livigno. Negli anni, diverse ristrutturazioni ne hanno
modificato la forma, rendendo il Bivio più confortevole ed
accogliente pur mantenendo gli arredi originali e
l'atmosfera sorridente e familiare.
Oggi un tunnel sotterrane collega la nuova dependance alla
struttura centrale dell'albergo e a tutti i
servizi.

Our family has followed a unique philosophy for three

Cuisine: The cuisine at the
Hotel Bivio is reputed throughout the valley. There are
four restaurants in our house today, which offer creative
food with ingredients of the highest quality and the
typical flavour of the dishes of the region with the
lightness of the "Mediterranean cuisine".
Our
Restaurant: The restaurant is at the disposal of
the hotel guests only.
The chef suggests a daily four-
course menu for lunch and a five-course menu for
dinner.
There is also an alternative choice from a short
menu.
Breakfast is an rich buffet self service.
Wellbeing: For us holidays are
not complete without a right measure of physical well-
being, of cheerfulness under the open sky, of entertaining
evenings with good music and beautiful hours of sweet
idleness, the actual "dolce far niente".
Vitarium: There is nothing
better than relaxing in the Vitarium Sauna
Center.

Tradition: Since 1958 we have
been greeting our guests with warmth and empathy and in the
typical tradition of Livigno. In the course of the years
restructuring of various kinds has changed the appearance
of the Hotel Bivio and made it more comfortable, although
the original interior furnishings as well as the cheerful
and familiar atmosphere remained unchanged.
An underground tunnel connects the new annexe with the main
building of the hotel and all the services
today.
