il NUOVO Hotel Annabella è situato al 3° piano di un bel palazzo in stile antico del centro storico, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria Firenze Santa Maria Novella (solo mt. 100), presso il Centro Mostre della Fortezza da Basso e di fronte al Palazzo dei Congressi e al Palazzo degli Affari. Il complesso è fornito di ascensore ed è vicinissimo alla stupenda Chiesa di S. Maria Novella, alle Cappelle Medicee, al tradizionale Mercato di S. Lorenzo adiacente alla magnifica Chiesa di S. Lorenzo e a breve distanza da tutti i punti di interesse della città.

the NEW Hotel Annabella is situated at 3rd floor of a magnificent old classic Florentine style building in the historical center, very close to the central train station of Firenze S. Maria Novella (100 mt., only 3 minutes walk), nearby the Exhibition Center of Fortezza da Basso, and in front of the Congress Center and the Business Center. The hotel is very near the wonderful Church of S. Maria Novella, the Medici Chapels and the traditional Market of San Lorenzo, next to the marvellous Church of San Lorenzo. The hotel has an elevator.
Rooms: all rooms are equipped with private bath, shower, A/C, telephone, and satellite TV. There is also a nice terrace on the roof where guests can sunbathe and enjoy a marvellous view on the city. On demand, it's possible to have rooms with balcony. Information about museum reservations and wine-and-food tours in Florence and in Tuscany countryside. Breakfast is Continental with buffet: it's not included in the room rates and costs Euro 5 per person. No night curfew in hotel: concierge service is 24 hours a day. MARIA NOVELLA; 3) by car from Milan: on the highway A1, go towards Rome and leave the motorway at FIRENZE NORD exit, then follow the signs for CENTRO CITTA' - STAZIONE CENTRALE S. MARIA NOVELLA; 4) by car from Pisa: drive along the entire motorway A11, enter the city and follow the signs for CENTRO CITTA' - STAZIONE CENTRALE S. MARIA NOVELLA; 5) from the local airport: catch the bus that goes to Firenze SMN station (the central train station).
