Ubicazione: L'hotel sorge in Zola Predosa, località adagiata ai piedi delle Colline Bolognesi a 10 km dal centro storico della città; consente così ai nostri ospiti di godere di una posizione tranquilla pur essendo raggiungibile agevolmente in quanto dista solo 10 minuti dall'aeroporto, circa 15 minuti dalla zona Fiera, 2 km dalla tangenziale e dai principali svincoli autostradali. Per chi non fosse munito di autovettura, l'albergo è servito da mezzi pubblici, taxi e da una navetta nei periodi fieristici.

Camere: L'hotel consta di 108 stanze doppie completamente ristrutturate di recente, dislocate su quattro piani muniti di ascensore e protette da regolamentari strutture antincendio.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di servizi privati, box doccia, asciugacapelli, aria condizionata, telefono con linea diretta, presa PC per collegamento in rete, radio, televisore con televideo, pay tv, canali satellitari, TELE+, cassaforte e minibar.

Ristorante: All'interno dell'immobile è situato il suggestivo Ristorante Pizzeria Rifugio diretto da una gestione autonoma. Fornisce servizio di ristorazione a mezzogiorno e la sera fino a tarda notte. E' dotato di piano bar e caratteristica terrazza estiva.

Where we are: The hotel is situated in Zola Predosa, an area at the foot of the Bolognese Hills, 10 km from the city's old town. This means our guests can enjoy the hotel's peaceful location, although it is easy to reach, being only 10 minutes from the airport, about 15 minutes from the fair exhibition grounds, 2 km from the ring-road and the main motorway entry points. For those without a car, the hotel is served by public transport, taxis and a shuttle-service during trade fair periods.
