L' Hotel La Roccia trae il suo nome dall' imponente
masso di granito che domina il giardino e si protrae,
maestoso, all' interno della hall.
Ubicazione: E' situato nel
centro di Palau, in posizione tranquilla, a 200 metri dal
porto e dalla spiaggia di "Palau Vecchia" e a 500 metri
dalla suggestiva spiaggia "La Sciumara".
Costruito negli anni sessanta, l' albergo è stato
completamente ristrutturato con l' obiettivo di garantire
un ambiente particolarmente accogliente, confortevole ed
elegante, pur nel rispetto delle caratteristiche originarie.
Dispone di 22 camere e di spaziosi ambienti comuni, con un
ampio parcheggio interno e un grazioso giardino.
La dimensione dell'albergo e la continuità della proprietà
e della gestione, che si tramandano da 40 anni, assicurano
alla clientela un' atmosfera intima e familiare.

Camere: Tutte le camere, contraddistinte da un
piccolo murales che ne indica il nome ("il faro" "il
gabbiano" "il pirata"), sono dotate di:

L'arredamento bianco azzurro conferisce all'ambiente un
aspetto fresco e gradevole.
Palau:
L' ubicazione dell'albergo, situato nel centro storico del
paese, consente di raggiungere a piedi sia il porto, che
garantisce collegamenti continui con l' isola di La
Maddalena (ogni 20 minuti circa), sia il porticciolo
turistico, dove è possibile noleggiare gommoni e barche di
ogni tipo, per godere delle bellezze della costa e delle
isole dell' arcipelago (Spargi, Budelli, Santa Maria,
Razzoli).
A pochi passi si trova anche la stazione delle corriere,
che collegano Palau con il porto di Olbia e con l'
aeroporto Costa Smeralda (40 km), oltre che con le più
importanti cittadine della Gallura (Arzachena, Tempio
Pausania, Santa Teresa di Gallura) e le più note e
prestigiose località della Costa Smeralda.
Il porto di Palau ha collegamenti navali diretti con
Genova, Napoli e Porto Vecchio (Corsica).

The Hotel "La Roccia" is so called after the imposing
mass of granite overlooking the garden and extending itself
majestically inside the hall.
Location: It's situated in the
heart of Palau, in a quiet position, at 200 metres from the
harbour and from the beach of "Palau Vecchia" and at 500
metres from the charming beach of "Sciumara".
Built
in the sixties, the hotel has been wholly restructured,
with the aim of assuring a particularly pleasant,
comfortable and elegant milieu, even though respecting the
originary characteristics.
It has 22 bedrooms and spacious common rooms, with
a wide indoor parking area and a graceful garden.
The dimensions of the hotel and the continuity of
the property and of the management, handing down from 40
years, assure an intimate and homely atmosphere to the
guests.

Palau:
The location of the hotel, in the historical heart of the
village, enables to reach on foot both the harbour, that
assures continual connections with the island of La
Maddalena (each about 20 minutes), and the touristic small
harbour, where it's possible to hire boats and rubber
dinghies of hall kinds, to enjoy the beauties of the coast
and of the islands of the archipelago (Spargi, Budelli,
Santa Maria, Razzoli…).
A few steps further on there is also the bus station, with
busses connecting Palau with the Olbia harbour and with the
Costa Smeralda airport, as well as the most important small
towns of Gallura (Arzachena, Tempio Pausania, Santa Teresa
di Gallura) and the most famous and prestigious localities
of Costa Smeralda.
The arbour of Palau has direct ship connections with Genoa,
Naples and Porto Vecchio (Corsica).
