Ospitalità: Park Hotel & Residence prevede camere con prima colazione e appartamenti mono e bilocali arredati in modo funzionale, tutti con aria condizionata e tv. Offre anche il servizio di garage.

Mare: Per non far pesare agli ospiti la seppur breve distanza dalla spiaggia, la direzione, in alta stagione, organizza gratuitamente un servizio navetta per la riserva naturale della feniglia, un celebre tombolo di 6 km di spiaggia e pineta. Il servizio prevede anche ombrelloni e lettini. Spiaggia di sabbia fine nella riserva faunistica della feniglia a 3 chilometri, con servizio di bus navetta (dal 6 luglio al 30 agosto). Stabilimento balneare con bar, ristorante, cabine e docce, in cui i clienti possono usufruire gratuitamente di un ombrellone e di lettino per appartamento. E' prevista anche una convenzione con il ristorante.

Servizi e Strutture: Idromassaggio sulla terrazza panoramica con vista sulla laguna e il promontorio dell’argentario, attrezzata a solarium con lettini e attrezzature fitness. Garage (con posti a esaurimento). Bar e sala prima colazione. Una tessera club permette l’accesso in villaggi convenzionati a pochi chilometri dal residence, in cui i clienti possono trovare piscina, campi da tennis, tiro con arco, parco giochi bambini. dal 30 giugno negli stessi villaggi: animazione, corsi colletivi di vela, tennis, nuoto, tiro con arco, ginnastica, mini club, aerobica, serate con films, piano bar, discomusic, cabaret, sfilate di moda, tornei e giochi come da programma degli animatori.

Accomodation: The Park Hotel & Residence has rooms with breakfast and one and two-bedroom apartments all functionally furnished, with air conditioning and TV. There is also a garage service.

Sea: To spare the guests the trouble of having to make the otherwise short distance to the beach on foot, management organises a free shuttle service during the high season to the Finiglia Nature Reserve, a celebrated 6 km tumble of peach and pine forest. The service includes also beach umbrellas and sun beds. Free shuttle to a fine sandy beach inside the characterful “la feniglia” game reserve (from 6/07 to 30/08)). Bathing establishment with bar, restaurant, bathing hut and showers where our guests can have one free beach umbrella and one sunbed per apartment. Possibility of special prices at the restaurant.

Sport activities and recreation: Jacuzzi on the panoramic terrace of the hotel, with solarium, sunbeds and fitness and breathtaking view over orbetello lagoon and exclusive Argentario promontory. Bar, breakfast hall and a limited indoor parking area. Our club card: enter free of charge nearby villages, with swimming pools, tennis courts, archery ranges, playgrounds, where you can practise tennis, sailing, swimming, archery, gymnastics, aerobics, or take part in games and tournaments, fashion shows, piano bar, disco dancing, cabaret and gastronomic events organized, with the miniclub, by our coordination staff from the 30/06.
