La Villa San Giuseppe, di proprietį della Diocesi di
Lugano, é situata nella cittadina di San Bartolomeo al
Mare, nella Riviera Ligure di Ponente, all' interno di uno
splendido golfo ricco di spiagge e localitį turistiche di
grande attrazione.
Aperta tutto l' anno (chiuso da metį ottobre a metį
dicembre), dotata di tutti i confort, si presta ad ogni
tipo di vacanza:
da quella estiva, data la posizione cosķ privilegiata, a
pochi metri dalla spiaggia privata, a quella di mezza
stagione e invernale, particolarmente adatta al riposo.
Parco: La
villa č circondata da un parco privato, popolato da grandi
palme e con annesso giardino, sia sul lato della strada che
sul versante del mare.
Escursioni:
Da essa sono possibili in ogni momento escursioni verso l'
entroterra o i vicini centri turistici di rinomanza
internazionale: Cervo, Sanremo, Montecarlo...
Come
raggiungerci: Autostrada Genova-Ventimiglia,
uscita
San Bartolomeo al Mare.
Alla fine dello svincolo, proseguire dritti sino al
semaforo.
Svoltare quindi a destra e percorrere la Via Aurelia per
circa 700 mt in direzione di Imperia.
Villa San Giuseppe si trova alla vostra sinistra.

The Villa San Giuseppe, owned by the Diocese of Lugano, is
placed in the small town of San Bartolomeo al Mare,
surrounded by a woderfoul gulf, rich in beaches and
touristi sites of great actraction.
Open alla year long (closed from the middle of october to
december) provided with all conforts, it is fit for any
kind of holidays:
tanks to its privileged position, at only a few meter
from a private beach, for the summer holidays, for the rest
of the year, it is particularly suitable for a restful
stay.
Private
Park: The Villa is surround by a private park,
enriched with tell palm trees and a garden, both on the
street and the sea side.
Excursions:
The region offers many possibilities of excurtions, towards
the inland or the near touristic centers of international
reknows: Cervo, Sanremo, Montecarlo...
How to reach
us: Motorway Genoa-Ventimiglia, exit San
Bartolomeo al Mare.
At the end of the slip road, continue straight ahead until
the traffic lighte, then turn right and go along the Via
Aurelia for about 700 meters in the direction of Imperia.
Svoltare quindi a destra e percorrere la Via Aurelia per
circa 700 mt in direzione di Imperia.
