camere ricavate da una recente ristrutturazione del
convento e distribuite sui due piani delle altrettante ali
dell’edificio. I panorami da scegliere: mare e parco. Pur
garantendo tutte lo stesso comfort, ogni camera è diversa
nei dettagli. Le diverse tipologie di camere parlano dei
nostri Ospiti: le 4 business superior sono il naturale
prolungamento dell’ufficio del nostro uomo d’affari, con la
loro sedia ergonomica, l’attacco modem nella scrivania e
l’isola tastiera; la camera standard offre invece tutto il
comfort necessario al nostro turista, personaggio dinamico
che trascorre il suo tempo all’aperto, tra parco e
piscina , spiaggia e pergolato. Infine, le nostre 16 camere
superior e le suite (4 in totale) sono dedicate a chi
chiede spazio e comodità in abbondanza.

I Servizi:
Allontanarsi dal caos per ritrovare il proprio tempo nella
serenità del nostro parco. Qui al Villa Maria il verde
s’incontra già nel parcheggio, riempie lo sguardo oltre le
finestre della silenziosa sala lettura, e si tinge
d’azzurro sulle acque della piscina. Ai nostalgici dello
shopping cittadino, basterà invece qualche chilometro per
ritrovare tutto il fermento di una città giovane e vivace.
E se invece avete in mente una vacanza più dinamica,
preparatevi, la navetta vi aspetta per raggiungere la
nostra spiaggia privata per godere di un bagno di sole e
misurarvi col mare aperto. E gli sportivi? Si dilettano sui
vicini campi da golf della nostra regione!
Ristorazione:
Il parco su cui si affaccia la terrazza ristorante, diventa
in estate lo scenario naturale della nostra ristorazione.
Gli alti pini incorniciano il punto di ritrovo dei nostri
Ospiti, che gradualmente si anima di gente e colori. Tra
tavolini in ferro battuto e i freschi profumi del giardino,
viene servito l’Easy Lunch: colazione leggera fatta di
delicate specialità locali suggerite dalla stagione. Al
calar della sera, l’aria fresca del mare porta sulla
piazzetta un tocco di formalità. Le morbide luci delle
candele dileguano i contorni del parco e tra chiacchiere e
risate si accendono i cori delle cicale. Solo un pensiero
tormenta il nostro Ospite: ma perché non siamo arrivati
prima?!
Il Centro
Congressi: Il nostro centro congressi conta su
una struttura composta di sei sale. Ciascuna, per le sue
caratteristiche, è ideale per un occasione professionale in
particolare. Così la sala Auditorium è destinata ai
congressi numerosi, come quelli medico-scientifici, ha
infatti un’ampia hall con desk riservato e guardaroba; la
sala Gelsomino, con il suo parquet e la parete mobile è
ideale per le esposizioni, per le quali, in realtà, lo
spazio supera addirittura le mura e sconfina nel parco. Le
salette Dalia e Amaryllis sono invece destinate l’una a
piccole tavole rotonde e l’altra a colloqui e selezioni.
Per finire, i corsi residenziali oltre la sala dedicata,
trovano il loro conteso ideale nell’intera struttura. Gli
spazi e i servizi dello Sporting Hotel Villa Maria,
infatti, favoriscono le attività ad elevata concentrazione.

Choose your view: sea or park. All the rooms have the same
level of comfort but are distinguished by their details. We
offer four types of room that reflect the type of guest we
expect: there are 4 business superior rooms that are the
natural extension of our businessman’s office, with
ergonomic seating, modem fixture on the desk and a keyboard
island; standard rooms , on the other hand, offer all the
comfort that our tourist may desire, for a dynamic
character who spends time out in the open, using the park
and the swimming pool, the beach and the pergola. Finally
we have 16 superior rooms and 4 suite dedicated to those
guests who want plenty of space and comfort.
Room features: mini bar, satellite TV, pay per view, hair
dryer, air-conditioned.
Services:
Escape the chaos and find your own pace in the tranquillity
of our park. Here at Villa Maria the greenery starts in the
car park, fills the horizon beyond the silence of the
reading room, and fades to blue in the waters of the
swimming pool. Those who cannot manage without a stroll
around the shops will find all the pace of a young, lively
city, just a few kilometres away. And if you are looking
for a more dynamic holiday, get ready, the shuttle is
waiting to take you down to our private beach to do some
sunbathing and a swim in the open sea. And sports lovers?
Take in the nearby regional golf course!
Restaurant:
The terrace restaurant overlooks a park which, in summer,
becomes the natural backdrop for our catering. The tall
pine trees create a framework for the place where our
guests convene and which gradually fills with people and
colours. Amid wrought-iron tables and fresh garden smells,
the Easy Lunch is served: a light meal consisting of
delicate local specialities suggested by the season of the
year. When evening arrives, the fresh sea air conveys a
touch of formality to the square. The soft lights of the
candles tend to cancel out the outlines of the park and
amid chatter and laughter the crickets start to sing. Only
one thought bothers our Guest: why didn't we come before?!
Congress
Centre: Our congress centre consists of six
rooms. Each boasts specific features for professional
meetings. Thus the Auditorium is ideal for large
congresses, such as medical-scientific gatherings,
featuring as it does a large hall with reservation desk and
cloakroom; the Gelsomino room, with its wood floor and
moving partition wall is ideal for exhibitions - the space
at disposal does in fact stretch beyond the wall into the
park. The Dalia and Amaryllis rooms are for small round
table and panel meetings - the former - and for talks and
interviews - the latter. There is also a dedicated room for
workshops, though these find their ideal context in the
entire structure. The areas and services of the Sporting
Hotel Villa Maria do in fact favour activities requiring
strong concentrationazione.
