Il Duca d'Aosta č un tre stelle nel cuore amministrativo
della Cittą, nelle immediate vicinanze di Comune,
Provincia, Prefettura e Questura, a 200 metri dall'uscita
della tangenziale (Asse Attrezzato), a 500 metri dalla
spiaggia.
Prende il posto dell'Hotel Singleton, edificato negli
anni '60 e identificato con il
cosiddetto "grattacielo".
Oggi l'Hotel Duca d'Aosta si presenta come un tre stelle
con l'obiettivo di offrire un servizio di classe
superiore.
Il Duca d'Aosta ha il sistema di climatizzazione con il
marchio di Legambiente di impatto ambientale nullo:
l'albergo, infatti, č stato progettato con grande
attenzione all'eco - compatibilitą.
Camere: Le 72
camere, 65 doppie e 7 singole sono comode, silenziose ed
accoglienti.
Il 20 per cento č riservato ai non fumatori; 14 camere
comunicanti, ideali per la famiglia; due camere con
possibilitą di servizio di segreteria per gestione
appuntamenti di lavoro.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di Tv satellitare, frigobar,
aria condizionata indipendente e cassaforte, servizi con
doccia o vasca.

Breakfast al buffet offerto dalla Casa. Piccola
ristorazione garantita.

Location:
Duca d'Aosta is a three-star hotel in the administrative
centre of the Town, close to the Town Hall, Province
Administration offices, and Police Headquarters, 200 metres
away from the by-pass (Asse Attrezzato) and 500 metres from
the beach. It replaces the Hotel Singleton, built during
the '60s and known as the "skyscraper".
Today Hotel Duca d'Aosta is a three-star facility with the
aim of offering a higher-class service.
Duca d'Aosta features an air-conditioning system approved
by Legambiente (Italian Environmental Association) with no
environmental impact: as a matter of fact, the hotel has
been designed paying a particular attention to eco-
compatibility.
Rooms: Its
rooms, 65 double rooms and 7 single rooms, are comfortable,
quiet and welcoming.
20 per cent of them are no-smoking; 14 connecting rooms,
particularly suitable for families; two rooms with the
optional secretariat service for managing business
appointments.
All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, minibar,
independent air-conditioning system and safe, bathrooms
with shower or bathtub.

nearby, in the heart of the old town where D'Annunzio was
