Marina, è un complesso costituito da due alberghi:
l'Hotel President**** ed il Grand Hotel Berti
*****.
Nel periodo estivo i due hotel si caratterizzano nel
funzionamento con la formula “Villaggio”, mentre, nel
rimanente periodo come CentroCongressi . Posto direttamente
sul mare, senza attraversamenti di strade intermedie,
dispone di 13.000 mq di spiaggia privata, in un ambiente
idilliaco,privo di barriere architettoniche tra il verde
dei giardini e il fascino delle eleganti piscine. La
tradizionale conduzione della famiglia Berti, che si
tramanda da più di 30 anni, favorisce un perfetto clima di
cordialità indispensabile per un sereno soggiorno.
Sport:
L'equipe di animazione si avvale di validi istruttori delle
varie discipline sportive praticate nel villaggio, gli
ospiti, infatti potranno partecipare a corsi collettivi o
individuali dei seguenti sport: vela, wind-surf, canoa,
tennis, nuoto, aerobica, acqua-gym, gare, tornei e balli
latino-americani. Sulla spiaggia inoltre: beach-volley,
beach soccer e pedalò.
Hotel
President: L'Hotel President è il primogenito
del gruppo Berti, la sua imponente ed elegante struttura, a
forma di conchiglia, poggia su una superficie di 12.000 mq.
in una posizione incantevole, la felice collocazione
permette uno splendido colpo d'occhio anche sul Gran Sasso
d'Italia.
Camere: Le
252 camere, dotate di tutti i conforts e disposte su 12
piani, arredate con gusto ed eleganza sono servite da 3
ascensori, di cui uno panoramico per godere del fantastico
scenario disegnato dal paesaggio d’ Abruzzo.
Ristorante:
Un piacere forte ed intenso si ritrova pienamente anche a
tavola. L’hotel vanta, un ristorante con una rinomata
cucina che, oltre alle specialità nazionali ed
internazionali, propone soprattutto i piatti tipici della
tradizione marinara ed agreste abruzzese.

Berti: Un’ atmosfera elegante e seducente
accoglie l’ ospite all’ ingresso del Grand Hotel Berti
collocato immediatamente a ridosso della spiaggia ed
immerso tra le rigogliose palme che ne delimitano l’intero
perimetro.
Ristorante:
Luminoso ed elegante, il ristorante “Il Guazzetto” con la
sua ampia vetrata apre lo sguardo sulla piscina e sul mare.
Valenti chef propongono alla clientela piatti della cucina
nazionale e della tradizione marinara abruzzese.
Camere: Ogni
camera è dotata di ampia terrazza e di un sistema
elettronico che consente la gestione (ed il controllo
totale) dello spazio interno.
Suites: Le
suites e le superior-room dispongono di doccia sauna, bagno
turco o idromassaggio Jacuzzi.
Centro
Congressi: Il centro congressi, con le sue ampie
sale, le numerose salette e la cospicua ricettività

The Berti Hotels &
Congress: Located in Silvi Marina, The Berti
Hotels & Congress Centre complex consists of two hotels,
The President Hotel **** and The Berti Grand Hotel
*****, and one Congress Centre. Right by the sea-side,
without any intersecting alleyway, the entire complex has
13.000 sq.m. private beach in a peaceful location, with no
architectural barriers, surrounded by green gardens with
attractive elegant pools. The more-than-thirty-year
traditional Berti family management as been helping the
creation if a friendly atmosphere necessary for a pleasant
stay.
Sport: Our
skilful and considerate staff of entertainers will be
guiding you in full safety through all the activities, such
as: sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, pleasure-boating,
tennis, beach-volley, soccer, bowling, water-gym, fitness,
aerobics, latin-american dancing, competitions,
tournaments, horse-riding, golf, individual and group
courses.
President
Hotel: The President Hotel, the Berti Group's
first-born, with its impressive and outstanding shell-like
structure covering a 12.000 sq.m. surface, lies very close
to the sea in an enchanting scenery suggesting a superb
view of the Gran Sasso d'Italia.
Rooms: The
252 rooms are nicely displayed over 12 floors served by 3
lifts, one of which allows a fabulous panoramic view of our
Abruzzo landscape.
Restaurant: A
strong and intense pleasure is also to be found at
mealtime. In fact, the President Hotel boasts an elegant
restaurant hall where you can relish the typical Abruzzo
cuisine with its characteristic home-made dishes and its
well-established mastery in preparing international

Berti Grand
Hotel: At the Berti Hotel entrance hall a
charming and attractive ambience warmly welcomes our
precious guests. Sea front located and immersed in the
luxuriantly growing palms all along its perimeter.
Restaurant:
In the "Il Guazzetto" restaurant greatly experienced chefs
have their excellent dishes served at table. A great
variety of international cuisine and genuine traditional
domestic gastronomic art is scrupulously prepared. Besides,
a wide window allows an open view of the swimming pool and
the shoreline.
Rooms: All
the 118 rooms and 12 suites are furnished with valuable
wood (such as: beech, laminated oak and natural cherry
wood) equipped with telephone, mini bar, satellite TV,
radio and air conditioning. Each room has a spacious
balcony and an electronic system that allows to manage
electrically all premises.
Suites: All
suites include sauna, turkish bath and Jacuzzi.
Congress
Centre: Our congress centre, with its large and
spacious halls, can meet any demand originated by the needs
of modern leisure and tourism business, our centre can
gather together both big conventions and small working
