E’ situato nella Corte principale del Resort, con annesso terrazzo esterno da cui si gode la vista sul lago di Cignano e sul campo pratica. Le ricette della cucina Toscana si basano sull'utilizzo di ingredienti semplici e genuini come pane, olio di oliva, verdure, carne proveniente dai pascoli locali, e la pasta fatta in casa, ma le influenze dello splendore e della eccentricità delle corti Rinascimentali hanno creato piatti più elaborati, che soddisfano anche i palati più esigenti.

La piscina di 21 x 11 metri, e la piscina-relax con idromassaggio e cascate, hanno acqua salata.
I clienti del Resort hanno libero accesso alle piscine negli orari di apertura, con disponibilità di asciugamani, lettini e ombrelloni al Pool Deck. Il Pool Bar è aperto tutti i giorni per servire freschi snack e drink.

The UNA Restaurant serves Tuscan specialities and dishes from the Mugello area, with freshly made pasta and local ingredients. A well-stocked cellar which satisfies even  the most demanding palates and the most important occasions.

The restaurant is in the main part of the resort and has an adjoining outdoor terrace with a view of the lake of Cignano and the practice field.
Tuscan cuisine makes use of simple and genuine ingredients such as bread, olive oil, vegetables, meat from local farms and home made pasta. The splendour and eccentricity of the Renaissance courts have added to this a variety of more elaborate dishes which also satisfy more demanding palates.

Feel the soft breeze brush your skin as you take a sip of your favorite drink by the pool side, with a spectacular view over the golf Poggio dei Medici.
The 21x11 meters pool and the Jacuzzi with waterfalls pool have filtered salt water.
Hotel guests have free access to the pools, with bathing towels available at the pool deck, and provision of sun beds and umbrellas. The Pool Bar is opened every day for tasty snacks and refreshing drinks.
