Le Camere: L'elegante hotel de charme dispone di dodici ampie camere doppie dotate di servizi privati con vasca e doccia, minibar, tv satellitare, asciugacapelli, impianto di climatizzazione, cassaforte, telefono e linea ADSL.

Gli Appartamenti: Nell'Ottocento, un vero e proprio borgo sorgeva là dove oggi sono stati ricavati gli otto spaziosi appartamenti. Il restauro del complesso è stato condotto nel più grande rispetto per l'architettura originaria che era strutturata in un villa padronale circondata da un gruppo di abitazioni coloniche in cui venivano lavorati i prodotti della terra quale l'olio, l'uva e il grano. Un sapiente lavoro di recupero dei materiali originari ci ha restituito un complesso in cui l'atmosfera di un borgo legato all'attività agricola si sposa con tutte le esigenze dell'epoca contemporanea.

Il Parco: Appena arrivati a Borgo Il Melone lo sguardo si perde su una immensa distesa verde brillante dei 150.000 metri quadrati di prato, ricoperta a tratti da gioiose macchie di colore che vanno dal rosso acceso dei roseti, al viola delicato delle folte siepi di lavanda a verde intenso degli arbusti di rosmarino profumato. La cura per la natura e il nostro legame con la terra meravigliosa che ci ospita, non poteva rinunciare al frutteto con i suoi 100 alberi da frutto. Nell'aria il profumo della lavanda che troviamo nel Pout- pourry che decorano gli interni degli appartamenti. Ovunque a Borgo Il Melone i colori, i profumi e i segni di una natura rigogliosa, autentica, viva e ospitale.

La Piscina: Nell'angolo più riservato del Borgo si trova la grande piscina di 20 metri per 10, accessoriata con un area relax e dotata di idromassaggio, docce e spogliatoio. La piscina dispone di servizio bagnino, e dotazione di teli in spugna per gli ospiti. Immergetevi nelle sue acque limpide, avvolti nel verde delle colline circostanti, in completa tranquillità. Aperta dal 15 giugno al 15 settembre. Durante tutto il periodo estivo in piscina, verrà servito, su richiesta, un coloratissimo brunch a buffet. Sarà inoltre possibile usufruire di servizio bar.

Ristorante e Taverna: Il Borgo offre due diverse tipologie di ristorazione: il Ristorante e la Taverna-Enoteca. Pensate per le diverse esigenze della clientela, la proposta gastronomica di entrambe le soluzioni mette "in tavola" piatti colorati e appetitosi, preparati secondo la più genuina tradizione gastronomica toscana. A seconda della stagione, vi verranno proposti i sapori tipici della regione, accompagnati dai vini delle nostre cantine e se desiderate scoprire i segreti delle ricette più tradizionali, si organizzano corsi di cucina su richiesta.

Rooms: Our elegant and charming hotel has twelve wide double rooms equipped with private bathroom with bathtub and shower, minibar, satellite TV, hairdryer, air-conditioning, safe, telephone and ADSL.

Apartments: Our eight spacious apartments are located where a little settlement once stood in the 19th century. The restoration of the set of buildings has been carried out with the uttermost respect for the original architectural features. The Borgo included a manor surrounded by a group of smaller farmhouses where the products of the land, such as oil, grapes, and wheat were collected and processed. Original building materials have been cleverly restored and reused thus combining the typical atmosphere of a traditional agricultural settlement with state-of-the-art facilities suited to the needs of our times.

The Park: When you arrive at Borgo Il Melone, you will behold a vast stretch of bright green fields, with an area of almost 9 acres, partially covered by lively patches of flowers ranging from the deep red of rose beds to the delicate purple of lavender shrubs and the dark green of rosemary bushes spreading a lovely scent. Our love for nature and our strong ties with the wonderful land where we live drove us to plant an orchard with 25 different types of fruit trees. The air is alive with the perfume of lavender that we use to make the potpourri to decorate the interiors of the apartments. Borgo Il Melone is filled with the colors, perfumes and gifts of the luscious, authentic, lively and welcoming nature of our land.

Swimming pool : A quiet reserved area of the Borgo is the location of the swimming pool, 65.6 by 32.8 feet long. Our state-of-the-art swimming pool is equipped with a relaxing whirlpool area, is watched by a lifeguard and has showers and a changing room. Plunge into its clear water, surrounded by the green hills that enclose it and enjoy superb serenity and relaxation. The swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 10th. During the entire summer period, our guests are served a colorful brunch with a rich buffet right beside the swimming pool.

Restaurant and Tavern: The Borgo offers two different premises for those who wish to taste local food: a Restaurant and a Tavern-Wine Bar. Designed to meet the different needs of our customers - be it an elegant and refined dinner to celebrate a special occasion or a light meal in a homely and cozy environment - the food selection of both premises boasts recipes that are colorful and tasty, prepared according to the local cooking tradition and seasoned with a touch of originality. According to the season, you will have the chance to sample the different flavors of the land, complemented by a selection of wines from our cellar. If you wish to discover the secrets of our most traditional recipes, we can organize cookery courses on request.
