Location: Parc Hotel is situated amidst the green countryside of Tuscany, 10 kms from the Monastery of Camaldoli and 20 kms from the Sanctuary of La Verna. It is a modern and elegant three-star hotel of superior quality run with thoughtful care by the Vitellozzi family who are always ready to respond to the needs of their guests so as to make them feel as much at home as possible. A consequence of the knowledgeable management of this family – strongly respectful of ancient traditions – is a menu typical of Casentino and using only local products. Our hotel is modern in style and has been included for some years in the Guide to Quality Restaurants. It boasts a large dining room with panoramic view and a beautiful terrace which looks out onto the hill and Castle of Poppi. The dishes offered are traditionally our own for which we use only seasonal products, preferably local. We are continually in search of flavours and tastes from the past.
