Camere: L'Bunet dispone di 8 camere di recentissima ristrutturazione, tutte con bagno, situate al piano superiore del locale ristorante. Essenziali ma confortevoli, per riposarsi e rilassarsi nel silenzio e nella quiete dell'Alta Langa. Rappresentano per noi un indispensabile supporto all'attivitą di ristorazione, per chi viene da lontano, per un soggiorno prolungato o semplicemente per coloro i quali, dopo l'incontro con la nostra tavola non desiderano affrontare il disagio di un immediato rientro a casa.

Cucina: La cucina de 'l Bunet propone piatti casalinghi che variano stagionalmente: dai "classici" come i ravioli al plin, brasati e stracotti, i tajarin con tante uova fresche, la carne di fassone piemontese battuta al coltello e naturalmente il bonet, si affiancano piatti pił creativi comunque originati dalla disponibilitą stagionale di un territorio generoso e ricco come quello langarolo.
Da due orti adiacenti alla struttura si attingono verdure, frutti, ed erbe aromatiche coltivate in modo biologico.

Cantina: Le nostre bottiglie d'Autore riposano in una graziosa e funzionale cantina che č naturalmente di nostro grande gradimento fare visitare,dove č anche possibile l'acquisto diretto. La carta dei vini annovera poi una curata selezione di distillati e grappe per l'emozione di commiato prima di una passeggiata nel paese di pietra, nei boschi o nel silenzio della campagna circostante.

Rooms: We have 8 bedrooms, all recently up-dated and each with en- suite bathroom . The rooms are simple but comfortably furnished and are located above the restaurant, an ideal solution for guests who come from afar and don't wish to drive after dinner, and a good opportunity to rest and relax in peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

Cuisine: The menu at 'l Bunet changes according to the season. Here you can eat the classic traditional dishes of the area such as Ravioli "al plin", Brasati and Stracotti,Tajarin made with new-laid eggs, "Capunett",Bunet (Grandma's pudding, which was the inspiration for the name of the restaurant) as well as other interesting innovative dishes which have been created with flair by our chef. Everything is prepared in our kitchen using the best quality local produce available during the season.
We also have our own kitchen gardens producing a year-round supply of organically-grown fruit and vegetables.

The Wines: Our wine-list has more than 300 different wines ranging from the great names to lesser-known wines from single estate which are nonetheless starting to make an impact on international markets. We have also included in our wine-list several well-known wines of other region of Italy and also from further afield, so that our guests can taste and compare.
