Completamente ristrutturato e ampliato nel 1989, il Vallèe
è da allora gestito dai figli, nati e cresciuti all'interno
dell'attività familiare, affiancando al senso
dell'ospitalità, acquisita dai genitori, la ricerca di
antichi sapori e di un ambiente caldo e tipicamente
valdostano.
Camere: L'
Hotel mette a disposizione dei suoi ospiti 23 Camere
confortevoli, ampie, silenziose e caratterizzate da un
tipico arredamento alpino.
Tutte le stanze, disposte su tre piani serviti
d'ascensore, sono dotate di servizi privati con
doccia e asciugacapelli, telefono, tv color, cassaforte e
balcone.
Bar: Il bar
ampio e accogliente è luogo di incontro dove discutere
delle escursioni fatte e da fare, chiedere consigli sui più
belli itinerari e raccontare le proprie sensazioni magari
sorseggiando deliziose grappe valdostane monovitigno,
oppure il genepy da sempre liquore tipico regionale o
speciali tisane di erbe selezionate. Per le serate
invernali non può mancare il caffè alla valdostana servito
nella caratteristica coppa dell'amicizia ricavata dal legno
e da esso aromatizzato.
La Colazione:
Al risveglio gli ospiti possono gustare una ricca colazione
a buffet che viene servita in una sala con travi a vista,
vecchie credenze e oggetti tipici della rustica tradizione
valdostana.
Ristorante:
Serviti nella sala principale, sono curati dagli chef e
fratelli Anna e Silvano. Oltre alla tipica cucina
valdostana, sono presenti piatti della cucina nazionale e,
per chi non rinuncia alla linea nemmeno in vacanza,
speciali piatti "light". E' inoltre sempre presente un
ricco buffet di verdure e insalate provenienti dal nostro
orto. Tra le nostre specialità potrete gustare gli
immancabili formaggi d'alpeggio, salumi tipici come la
mocetta e il lardo da abbinare agli ottimi vini di montagna
valdostani.

Featuring traditional, elegant architecture, overlooking
the wide meadow of Sant’Orso
at a stone’s throw
from the Gran Paradiso National Park, for the last forty
years the
HOTEL VALLEE DE COGNE has welcomed its guests with the
traditional hospitality of the
Alpine valleys.
Rooms: The
hotel offers its guests 23 comfortable, spacious, quiet
rooms, furnished in a typical Alpine style.
All the rooms, situated on three floors served by a
lift, have en suite bathrooms with shower and
hairdryer, phone, colour TV, safe and balcony.
Bar: The
large, welcoming bar is a meeting place where you can
discuss the excursions done and to be done, ask for advice
on the most beautiful routes and tell of your impressions,
perhaps as you sip a delicious single-vine grappa from the
Valle d’Aosta, or genepy, a typical local liqueur, or
special selected herb tisanes. For winter evenings you
can’t miss a coffee from the Valle d’Aosta friendship cup,
carved in wood, and aromatised by it.
Breakfast: On
waking, guests may enjoy a rich buffet breakfast served in
a room with wooden beams, old sideboards and objects
typical of the rustic Valle d’Aosta tradition.
Restaurant:
Served in the main dining room, prepared by the chefs and
sister and brother Anna and Silvano. Along with traditional
Valle d’Aosta cuisine there is Italian national cuisine and
special light dishes for those who want to look after their
figure even on holiday. There is always a rich buffet
available of vegetables and salads from our kitchen garden.
Among our specialities you can taste the famous cheeses of
the Alpine district and traditional dried meats
like “mocetta” and “lardo”, which match nicely with the
excellent wines of the Valle d’Aosta mountains.
