Ubicazione:
Nel 1907, la Via Aurelia era una delle poche strade che
collegavano i paesi della Toscana occidentale. Su quella
antica via (allora molto diversa da come appare oggi), Dario
Demi, un giovane fabbro, decise di erigere una piccola
costruzione in un appezzamento di terreno acquistato sotto
la collina di Bibbona, per ospitarvi una bottega di
maniscalco....
Camere: Il
Rifrullo ha recentemente terminato i lavori di restauro,
rinnovando interamente le camere sovrastanti il
ristorante.
Oggi sono disponibili dodici confortevoli
stanze arredate fornite di televisore a colori e di
bagno con doccia e phon. Per garantire un totale relax, le
finestre - oltre ad essere dotate di vetri termici- sono in
speciale struttura in P.V.C. ad alto abbattimento
sonoro.

possibile scegliere fra pensione completa (uso della camera
+ prima colazione + pranzo + cena - bevande escluse) mezza
pensione (uso della camera + prima colazione + un pasto a
scelta fra pranzo e cena - bevande escluse) oppure semplice
pernottamento.
Ristorante:
Nelle sue nelle sue ampie sale e nella vasta scelta di gusti
e sapori, il turista ed il viaggiatore troveranno sempre
ristoro e confort e scopriranno il piacere di assaporare
esclusive prelibatezze, come le leggendarie, piccantissime
bistecche di manzo (provenienti da animali selezionati
esclusivamente inferiori all'anno di età) oppure il
Cacciucco alla Livornese offerto in una delicata variazione
dove il più gustoso pesce "povero" locale, come lo scorfano,
le tracine e le triglie, vengono mantecate a formare una
densa e saporita salsa che accompagna degnamente il polpo,
il palombo ed i crostacei più pregiati.
Il ristorante offre una vasta sala con 70 posti ed una
veranda con 100 ed è il luogo ideale anche per pranzi, cene
formali e banchetti (su prenotazione). Sulla tavola
troverete sempre olio extravergine di oliva di accertata
provenienza locale e la nostra rinomata frittura di pesce è
preparata in olio misto di oliva per esaltarne tutto il
sapore. Il pesce fresco viene acquistato giornalmente e
siamo perciò grado di procurare qualsiasi varietà e quantità
su ordinazione.

Location: In
1907, the Aurelia Way was one of the few roads that
connected the towns in the western Tuscany. On this ancient
way (at that times very different that today), Dario Demi, a
young smith, decided to set up a little building in an
allotment bought under the Bibbona hill, to open a
blacksmith workshop...
Rooms: Il
Rifrullo has recently finished the restoration of the hotel
and today offers twelve comfortable bedrooms available for
rent. The rooms are supplied with color TV and
bathroom with shower and hair-dryer. For a complete relax,
the windows have thermal glass and they are built in a
special sound proof P.V.C. structure.
Services: It
is possible to choose among full board (bedroom price +
breakfast + lunch + dinner - beverages excluded) half board
(bedroom price + breakfast + one meal, lunch or dinner as
preferred - beverages excluded) or just overnight
staying.
Restaurant: n
its spacious halls and in the wide choice of flavours, the
tourist and the traveler will always find refreshment and
comfort and will discover the pleasure to taste exclusive
delicatessen, as the legendary hot spicy T-bone steak
(coming from selected animals under the one year old) or the
Caciucco alla Livornese, offered here in a delicate
variation, where the most savoury Mediterranean's "poor"
fish, as the scorpion fish, the greater weaver, the red
mullet, are milled in a dense, tasty soup that accompany
the octopus, the dogfish and the most valuable crustaceans.
The restaurant offers a wide hall with 70 places and a
veranda with 100. It's the ideal place for formal dinners
and feasts (on demand). On our table you'll always find
extravergine olive oil from local producers and our famous
fried saltwater fish is cooked in mixed olive oil to exalt
its flavour. The fresh fish is bought day by day, so we can
procure a large variety of kinds and quantities (on
demand).
