Il Villaggio Camping Dolomiti sul Mare, in Calabria, classificato a quattro stelle, confina con uno dei piu', incantevoli tratti della costa tirrenica calabrese; è un raro esempio di complesso immerso in una natura incontaminata, all’ombra di un parco di ulivi secolari, nel cuore di una antica tenuta la cui atmosfera, elegantemente rurale, si respira ovunque e in cui gli spazi sembrano non avere confini se non nella grande baia di sabbia fine e dorata lunga 800 mt, raggiungibile tramite sottopasso ferroviario pedonale e privato, che incornicia un mare cristallino che assume toni incredibilmente cangianti fra gli anfratti dell’antico porto romano.

Una parte e' adibita a campeggio. Le camere e Residence Tipo (A) distano mediamente 300 mt dal mare mentre le camere e Residence Tipo "B" 500 mt. Tutti in muratura, sono a piano terra con giardinetto o veranda o a primo piano con terrazzo o balcone e di collegano al resto del Villaggio ed alla spiaggia con vialetti in ghiaia alternati a percorsi pavimentati fra giardini dalle essenze inebrianti, ornati da giare settecentesche.

L'antico cascinale, sapientemente ristrutturato, sorge su un belvedere sospeso fra cielo e mare dal quale la vista, al tramonto, offre lo spettacolo del sole rosso ingoiato dallo Stromboli, mentre di sera, spazia sull'incantevole Golfo di Lamezia, punteggiato dalle luci dei paesi rivieraschi; esso accoglie la reception e fa da sfondo al bar, all'anfiteatro, al tennis ed alla piscina semi- olimpionica dotata di idromassaggio e zona bimbi, ove uno staff di animazione, con discrezione e professionalità, allieta le giornate degli Ospiti.

La centralità del Complesso nella Regione (15 km da Pizzo e Tropea e 40 km dall’aeroporto di Lamezia) consente di effettuare interessanti escursioni giornaliere alla ricerca delle testimonianze più vere di storia, arte e tradizioni di questa terra forte e generosa.

The four star complex Villaggio Camping Dolomiti sul Mare borders on one of the most beautiful bays of the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria. It is a complex, immersed in an untouched nature, among the shade of old olive trees, in the middle of an ancient farm, where you can feel all around an elegant country atmosphere, and the big bay of fine golden sand, 800 m long, reachable through private railway subway, which frames crystal-clear sea with iridescent colours, within the riffs of the seabed with its numerous fishes, right in the place where the ancient roman harbour was.

A part of is used as camping. The rooms and residence category “A” are about 300m far from the sea and the rooms and residence category (B) are 500m far from the beach. All these structures are in brickwork The ones placed on the ground floor, have got a small garden or veranda, the others are on the first floor and have got a terrace or a balcony and they all are well connected to the rest of the village and the beach by gravel and tiling paths and stairs surrounded by an inebriant fragrances of the garden, decorated with vases from the 18 th century.

The well-renovated old farmhouse is situated on a belvedere, right between the sky and the sea, from where you can admire, at sunset, the sight of the red sun, swallowed up by the crater of Stromboli, whereas in the evening you can admire the charming Gulf of Lamezia, dotted with the lights of the coastal towns. This old farmhouse, where the reception is located, is the background to the bar, the amphitheatre, the tennis court and the semi-Olympic swimming-pool, with jacuzzi and children’s area and where courteous and professional entertainment-staff aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The central position of the complex in the region ( 15km from Pizzo and Tropea and 40km from Lamezia Terme Airport) allows interesting daily excursion to discover the history, art and traditions of this remarkable and hospitable land.
