Bellavista è una vecchia casa di campagna completamente ristrutturata composta da una casa padronale e da due cottage circondati da ampi prati, vigne, oliveti. Da Bellavista, situata sul declivio della collina che fronteggia San Gimignano, si gode una magnifica vista sul paese medievale. Bellavista offre ospitalità sia in camere che in appartamenti per soddisfare le diverse esigenze degli ospiti, che hanno anche la possibilità di gustare la nostra genuina cucina toscana nell’accogliente sala da pranzo al primo piano della casa padronale (solo a cena). Ogni appartamento ha la propria cucina attrezzata e uno spazio privato all’aperto dotato di barbecue, sedie e tavolini per mangiare e godere in relax del panorama circostante.

Prendere la strada di grande collegamento FI-PI-LI (Firenze-Pisa-Livorno) in direzione FIRENZE.
Uscire a PONTEDERA (no Pontedera-Ponsacco).
Alla rotonda seguire le indicazioni per VOLTERRA e SIENA e continuare a seguirle fino a FORCOLI; da lì seguire le indicazioni per MONTAIONE e CASTELFALFI e continuare a seguirle fino a CASTELFALFI; da lì seguire le indicazioni per SAN GIMIGNANO.
Arrivati a SAN GIMIGNANO seguire le indicazioni per VOLTERRA (SP 47). A 2,5 km svoltare a destra per RACCIANO e seguire le indicazioni per BELLAVISTA.

Bellavista is an old restored country house consisting of a manor house and two cottages surrounded by wide meadows, vineyards and olive groves. Situated on the slope of the hill opposite San Gimignano, Bellavista offers a panoramic view of the old town and of the stunning hilltop skyline of towers. Bellavista offers accommodations in both rooms and apartments to satisfy the different needs of guests, who have the chance to join us in our charming dining room on the first floor of the manor house and feast upon our genuine Tuscan cuisine (only for the evening). Each apartment is self-catering and available with a private, outdoor area with chairs and tables, and a personal barbecue to eat, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view.

Coming from the South
Take the motorway A1 ROMA-MILANO direction MILANO
Exit at VALDICHIANA
Follow the road signs for SIENA
At Siena take the dual carriageway SIENA-FIRENZE direction FIRENZE
Exit at POGGIBONSI NORD
Follow road signs for SAN GIMIGNANO (SP 1)
At SAN GIMIGNANO follow road signs for VOLTERRA (SP 47)
After 2,5 Km turn to the right to RACCIANO and follow the indication to BELLAVISTA

Coming from Pisa
take the fast flowing road Fi-Pi-Li (Firenze-Pisa-Livorno) direction FIRENZE.
Exit at PONTEDERA (not at Pontedera-Ponsacco!).
At the roundabout follow road signs to VOLTERRA and Siena and keep going down to FORCOLI; from there follow road signs to MONTAIONE and CASTELFALFI until you reach CASTELFALFI ; from there follow indications to SAN GIMIGNANO.
Once in SAN GIMIGNANO follow indications to VOLTERRA (SP 47). After 2,5 Km turn to the right to RACCIANO and follow signs to BELLAVISTA.
