CAMPO DI CARLO Campo di Carlo e' un casale in pietra, ristrutturato, diviso in solo otto camere molto curate, studiate nei dettagli e soprattutto personalizzate da cui gli ospiti godranno di una fantastica vista sul parco che le circonda; ogni camera e' dotata di servizi, aria condizionata e minibar. Per chi desidera e' sempre aperta e disponibile un'ampia cucina ben attrezzata dove ogni camera ha un proprio armadietto riservato. Il barbecue ed il forno a legna sono sempre utilizzabili. Il giardino intorno e' ampio e ben curato e la piscina (14x7 m) consente agli amanti del verde e della natura di rilassarsi nel silenzio. Ping-pong, giochi per bambini, campo bocce e biciclette consentiranno a tutti di trascorrere momenti di divertimento e, per gli appassionati del trekking e jogging, percorsi segnati tutt'intorno faranno apprezzare la bellezza delle nostre colline. Per i servizi di prima necessita' ed i negozi, il paese di Sassetta e' a soli 5 minuti e le spiagge della Riviera degli Etruschi distano circa 16 Km. Campo di Carlo e' anche l'ideale punto di partenza per escursioni a Volterra, San Gimignano, Firenze, Pisa e anche l'isola d'Elba.
Dove siamo:
Uscire dall’autostrada Genova-Livorno a ROSIGNANO M.MO.
Prendere la Superstrada in direzione Grosseto e uscire a DONORATICO.
Proseguire per CASTAGNETO CARDUCCI.
Arrivati a Castagneto Carducci proseguire lungo la strada principale in direzione SASSETTA.
Prima di entrare nel paese di SASSETTA troverete sulla destra un distributore di benzina e la Caserma dei Carabinieri.
Prendete la strada di fronte al distributore di benzina che troverete sulla vostrasinistra in direzione MONTEROTONDO. Seguitela per circa 5 KM e sulla sinistra troverete CAMPO DI CARLO.

CAMPO DI CARLO Campo di Carlo is situatedin the Province of Livorno, approximately 5 km from Sassetta and 16 km from the sea of the Etruscan Riviera Tuscany.
We: Andrea and Cristina have completely restored their antique stone farmhouse, with 8 bedrooms, each with private bathroom.
In the morning, we prepare a rich breakfast buffet, composed of bread, toast, cereals, eggs, butter, jam, ham and salami, cheese, coffee, fresh fruits, fruit juices etc.
During the colder months, guests can have breakfast in the breakfast room, whereas during the summer months, guests do usually have breakfast outside, under the peaceful veranda.
At the guest's disposal is the completely equipped kitchen, where each room has reserved a locker for food. Outside, next to the house, a barbecue and a stone oven that are also both at the guest's complete disposal.
Around the buildings, the huge, well-kept park and the nice swimming pool (14x7 mt), surrounded by deck chairs, sun beds, parasols and a pavillion, ideal to enjoy the silence of this place.
Furhter underneath the house and more distant from the peaceful pool area, table tennis, a small children's playground (swing, slide etc.) and a boccia course. At the guest's disposal there are also bikes, with which it is possible to discover the surroundings.
The farmhouse is located in the midst of the lush green Maremma countryside, with routes that are ideal for jogging or trekking. In 5 minutes by car it is possible to reach the medieval village Sassetta with grocer's and other shops for the most important daily needs, post office, pharmacy and bank. The beautiful long sand beaches of the Etruscan Coast, San Vincenzo, the Gulf of Baratti can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car.
Where we are:
1. Exit the motorway at ROSIGNANO M.MO.
2. Take the highway (SS1) towards Grosseto and exit DONORATICO.
3. Follow then toward CASTAGNETO CARDUCCI .
4. When you arrive at Castagneto Carducci, follow along the main road toward SASSETTA.
5. Before reaching the village SASSETTA you'll find a petrol station and a police station (Carabinieri) on your right.
6. Take the road in front of the petrol station on your left towards MONTEROTONDO.
7. Follow for approx. 5 km and on your left you'll see the sign to CAMPO DI CARLO.
