L'Hotel: Un soggiorno nel convento rinascimentale dei Frati Neri : L’atmosfera creata all’interno dell’ hotel e del ristorante S. Marco consente di rivivere quei momenti e quelle situazioni che hanno caratterizzato le vicende storiche della ‘casa’ dei Frati Neri.
Grazie ad un’accurata ricostruzione scenografica degli ambienti conventuali, vi si può soggiornare con la possibilità di essere calati nella realtà quotidiana del Rinascimento cornetano, riscoprendo gli antichi sapori e degustando i piatti innovativi che si riallacciano alla tradizione locale.
Il ristorante offre un’ampia scelta di piatti racchiusi nel menu del Mistero dei Frati Neri, riproponendo anche alcune antiche pietanze ricostruite grazie ai ricettari del Cinquecento.
Chi soggiorna poi nelle accoglienti camere dell’ hotel (adibito a locanda già dal lontano 1876) può riscoprire la storia del convento e, perché no, calarsi con un viaggio a ritroso nel tempo negli anni in cui gli Agostiniani vivevano in queste stanze.
L’allestimento di un percorso didattico permanente, con l’illustrazione di tutte le fasi storiche del complesso monumentale, consente al turista e a chi vi soggiorna di fruire al meglio di questa importante opera, frutto del lavoro secolare dei frati agostiniani.

Il Ristorante: All'interno dell' Hotel San Marco vive un ristorante indice della migliore tradizione culinaria italiana, caratterizzato dalla presenza nel suo menù di piatti a base di pesce, di carne, piatti medioevali tipici della zona, ricette innovative e di una pizzeria con una grande varietà di pizze e focacce. Il tutto accompagnato da un servizio di primo ordine, e da una vasta scelta di vini rossi e bianchi, da quelli locali a quelli più raffinati di tutte le regioni d'Italia. Il Ristorante offre un'ampia scelta di piatti racchiusi nel Menù dei Frati Neri, riproponendo anche alcune antiche pietanze ricostruite grazie ai ricettari del Cinquecento. Interessante sono le varietà di carne: canguro, cavallo, bisonte, struzzo, daino....che lo fanno uno dei ristoranti più completi della zona.

L'American Bar: La struttura ha da poco inaugurato l'American Bar, realizzato nel vero stile Americano, dove si possono degustare oltre 100 qualità di coktails, 40 Whisky, e 30 Rum, ascoltando buona Live Music.

The Hotel: A sojourn in the Renaissance convent of the black Monks : The atmosphere created to the inside the S. Marco hotel and the restaurant it allows of to relive that moments and those situations that have characterized the historical circumstances of the ‘house' of the Black Monks.
To an accurate scenografic reconstruction of the environments conventual, you can sojourn with the possibility to be lowered in the daily reality of the Renaissance, rediscovering the ancient tastes and tasting the innovative dishes what they are connected again to the local tradition.
The restaurant offers an ample choice of dishes contained in the menu of the Mystery of the Black Monks, also proposing some ancient reconstructed dishes thanks to the 1500 cookbooks.
Who sojourns in the pleasant rooms of the hotel (turned to inn already from the distant 1876) can rediscover the history of the convent and, because no, to lower with a trip to bashful in the time in the years when the Agostiniani lived in these rooms.
The preparation of a permanent didactic run, with the illustration of all the historical phases of the monumental complex, allow the tourist and to whom it sojourns of to enjoy to the best of this important work, fruit of the secular job of the agostiniani monks.

The Restaurant: To the inside of the S. Marco Hotel lives a restaurant index of the better culinary tradition Italian, characterized by the presence in its menù of dishes to base of fish, of meat, middle age diches typical of the zone, innovative recipes and a pizzeria with a big variety of pizzas and pizza breads. The all accompanied by a high-class service and vast choice of red and white wines, from those local to those more refined of all the regions of Italy. The Restaurant offers an ample choice of dishes contained in the Menù of the Black monks, also proposing some ancient reconstructed dishes thanks to the 1500 cookbooks. Interesting they are the varieties of meat: kangaroo, horse, bison, ostrich, fallow deer... that they do it one of the most complete restaurants in the zone.

American Bar: The structure has from a little inaugurated the American Bar, realized in the true American style, where over 100 qualities of coktails can be tasted, 40 whiskeys and 30 Rums, good Live Music listening.
