Il Castello di Novello, recentemente ristrutturato, vi invita a scoprire il paese delle meraviglie enogastronimiche del nord Italia: le Langhe, patria del tartufo bianco, dei vini Barolo, Barbera e Nebbiolo e di una cucina tradizionale così ricca di sapori da mandare in estasi anche i palati più esigenti e raffinati. Le Langhe con i suoi ridenti paesaggi, i suoi monumenti architettonici e luoghi storici quali Alba, Barolo, Serralunga, La Morra, Novello, Cherasco; un luogo di villeggiatura dove scoprirete il vero significato de “La dolce vita”.  In`attenta ristrutturazione ha restituito il Castello agli antichi splendori col recupero dei locali alla loro originale destinazione. Ai clienti si offre la possibilità di consumare i pasti in suggestive salette ed assaporare la vellutata e misteriosa atmosfera delle antiche “suite“ arredale con mobili originali. Tutte le camere e suite sono dotate di servizi completi, godono di una bella vista e hanno accesso diretto ad un grande terrazzo-solarium.

Our Hotel is situated in a Neo-Gothic style Castle in a small town in the Langhe area; it is in a panoramic and peaceful location about 18Km from Alba and 4Km from Barolo. The Castello di Novello, which has recently been renovated, wishes to invite you to discover the wonderland of wine and gastronomy in northern Italy: the Langhe, homeland of the white truffle, the renowned Barolo, Barbera and Nebbiolo wines and of a traditional cuisine so rich in flavours that even the most demanding and refined palates will go into raptures. The area of the Langhe with its charming landscapes, architectural monuments and historical locations such as Alba, Barolo, Serralunga, La Morra, Novello and Cherasco; a place for holidays where you will discover the true meaning of “La dolce vita” (‘The sweet life’). The owners are always ready and willing to provide you with useful information concerning the area and will do their utmost to ensure that your stay is dedicated to the best service in one of the most picturesque places of the region.
 Careful renovation has restored to the Castle its ancient splendours, returning the rooms to their originally intended purpose. We offer our guests the possibility of eating their meals in unique little dining rooms and to savour the velvety and mysterious atmosphere of the fine old “suites“ furnished with original furniture. All of the rooms and suites have en-suite bathroom and enjoy a beautiful view. They all have direct access to a large, sun-filled terrace-solarium.
