L'Albergo è situato nella bella Pineta di Lignano e dista solo 100 m. dal centro acquisti e dalla propria spiaggia privata (compresi nel prezzo 1 ombrellone, 1 lettino, 1 sdraio).

La piscina d'acqua dolce è di recente costruzione.
Circondata da uno spazio attrezzato a solarium è adiacente alla bella e comoda veranda del bar. A completamento della piscina un angolo con idromassaggio dell'altezza di 55 cm, adatto anche ai bambini.

Le camere sono dotate di tutti i comfort (senza supplementi):
WC con doccia ed asciugacapelli, telefono, aria condizionata, tv-sat, cassaforte e balcone.
Gli ambienti comuni (hall, bar, ristorante e sala tv) sono tutti climatizzati.

Bar e sala da pranzo sono stati completamente rinnovati nel 2001 per rendere ancora più piacevole il Vostro soggiorno.

La cucina molto curata offre una colazione a buffet molto ricca, a pranzo e cena tre scelte di primo e di secondo con la presenza di una pietanza a base di pesce e con un ricco buffet di verdure fresche.

Il nuovo parcheggio privato garantisce una capienza ottimale per la nostra clientela, e la sicurezza delle auto al riparo da resina ed eventi atmosferici.

Se non volete usare l'auto durante le Vostre vacenze l'Hotel mette a disposizione gratuitamente delle comode biciclette.

The Hotel is situated in the beautiful pine wood of Lignano and is only 100 m from shops and its own private beach. (1 sunshade, 1 sunlounger and 1 deckchair included in price).

The freshwater swimmingpool is a recent addition, encircled by a sunbathing area and next to the convenienthy situated bar veranda. A corner of the pool has a hydro- massage; perfect also for children (depth 55 cm).

All rooms are fully furnished with all comforts (without supplements):
Wc with shower and hairdryer. Telephone, air conditioning, TV, safe and balcony.

All communal areas (hall, bar, restaurant, TV room) are air- conditioned.
The bar and dining-room were completly refurbished in 2001.

There is an excellent buffet-breakfast, offering a wide choice of selected dishes.
At lunch and dinner there are 3 choices of first and second courses; with fish being the speciality. Plus a wide selection of fresh vegetables and salads.

The new private car-park guarantees secure parking for all our guests.

Free bicycles are also available from the Hotel for those who wish to holiday without their cars!
