L'Hotel Smeraldo, a tre stelle, recentemente rinnovato, è sul lungomare, in un parco di ca. 5 mila mq.

Camere: 80 camere, con servizi privati, balcone, telefono diretto, Tv a colori. Tutte le camere sono abbastanza grandi da poter aggiungere un terzo letto.

L'Hotel Smeraldo è fornito di due piscine una grande (20x10) ed una piccola per i bambini.

The Hotel Smeraldo is on the seaside of Giulianova. The hotel, three stars, recently renovated is situated on the beach promenade in a park of about five thousand sq.m. having a small pine-woods and many eucalyptuses.

It has a large swimming pool (20x10 meters) and a small one for children.
The private beach is right across.

The hotel has air conditioning for the summer and central heating for winter.

Rooms: All rooms are large enough to fit a third bed and have private bathrooms; they either have a shower or tub, balconies, direct telephone, and coloured T.V.

Other comforts include: a pleasant, well supplied bar; a large living room; a room with green tables for playing; a large restaurant with view of the garden overlooking the sea; a sunny terrace used for serving breakfast in spring and autumn in front of the dining room; two lifts, a meeting room with a capacity of 250 persons; a garage for ten cars; a parking for 50 cars; and a panoramic solarium on the terrace of the fifth floor.

Bar - Restaurant: After an entire day spent on the seaside, there isn’t anything better than a good icecream or a drink in good company. The atmosphere of the Hotel Smeraldo and our barman Enrico favor frienship and rest.
The wide open terrace is the ideal place for entertainments or to spent a bit of time in complete calmness.
Every Thursday evening our beautiful pine-wood garden is equipped not only for having breakfast, but also to offer to the Hotel Smeraldo’s clients unforgettable Dinners in the open air.
