Sale Ricevimenti: Per la cura dei particolari, come il tovagliato coordinato con i tendaggi, sono il fiore all'occhiello dell'Aia del Vento.
Con aria condizionata e di recente ristrutturate, le due Sale - disposte su piani differenti - sono di 200 e 300 posti a sedere.

Un' altra sala più piccola ospita i clienti dell'albergo.

Dalle ampie pareti finestrate è possibile ammirare i Trulli della Valle d'Itria, mentre il personale di sala assicura - soprattutto nei matrimoni e nei ricevimenti - un'attenzione personalizzata all' ospite.

Function Rooms: The Hotel “Aia del Vento” is proud of its function rooms where particular attention is given to presentation and interior design for those special occasions. The function rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and have recently been refurbished.

The two largest function rooms are set on two different floors and have a capacity of 200-300 persons, a smaller function room is exclusively for the entertainment of hotel guests.
