Ristorante Baia del Silenzio: Il ristorante "Baia del Silenzio" che trae il nome dall'omonima Baia su cui é affacciato, é perfetto per una romantica cena a lume di candela ed é altresì ideale per banchetti e cerimonie. Cullati dalle onde che si infrangono a pochi metri, i nostri clienti potranno godere dei sapori delle specialità curate direttamente dallo chef Matteo: una rivisitazione della più classica cucina mediterranea, con qualche accorgimento in più ed un tocco del tutto personale.
Genuità, semplicità e comunque raffinatezza sono gli ingredienti basilari dei suoi piatti.
Qualche curiosità: l'antipasto della casa a base di pesce, tiepido, con la variante del pescato giornaliero, i ravioli caserecci di pesce al ragù di seppie e vongole veraci, il trancio di pesce in crosta di pane alle erbe con scampi e gamberi, delizie esclusivamente artigianali create dallo chef.
La carta del bimbo per i più piccini e le proposte "light" per veloci colazioni di lavoro completano l'offerta di questo accogliente ristorante.

The hotel has been built in the classic ligurian architecture, directly facing the Bay of Silence.
The interior garden of typical Mediterranean vegetation can be accessed via the private sandy beach.

Rooms: 36 rooms,suites,junior suites of varius sizes, all have: TV satellite lcd, minibar, air conditioned, direct line telephone, safe,Internet wireless. Suite are also equipped by hydro-massage system.

Restaurant Bay of Silence : The Restaurant "Baia del Silenzio", located on a beautiful sandy bay , offers the perfect atmophere for a romantic dinner at candle light as well as for conventions and banquets.
At the sound of the sea waves, which arrive at few feets from the restaurant, our guests will enjoy the flavour of the specialities cooked directly by the chef Matteo: his cuisine is a rielaboration of the traditional mediterranean culinary art, completed with a very personal touch.
Genuinity, semplicity, but also delicacy are the basic ingredients of his preparations.
Some examples: the home mixed fish - hors d'oeuvre, warm, always different according the daily fish market; the hand maded fish - ravioli, with a souce of clams and cuttle - fish; the fish-filet, wrapped in a sort of bread- dress with aromathic herbs, scampi and schrimps ; the daily hand maded cakes and tartes.
A special "carte " for kids and proposals for "light lunch " for the working breaks complete the offer of this so special restaurant.
